Can I just say that I am so thankful that I came across this company. I had priced out several different companies. I have an older vehicle so the glass I was looking for is harder to have in stock. But auto glass now had it! And at a better price than the competitors. But what will make me shout this companies name from rooftops is, your employees. From the quote lady I got on the phone, who is beyond polite and extremely cheerful which I am thankful for because if you're calling for a new windshield chances are you're not feeling that great. And talking to someone who is upbeat, knows what they're talking about and made you feel taken care of within a phone call. That's an astounding accomplishment. But I want to give the utmost compliment to Jesse who installed my windshield. Like I said it was an older car which requires a lot more work. And he knew exactly what he was doing and even with the little things that came up because of the age of my vehicle that caused him to do extra work he was happy to do it and explained his process. That man did a full rear job! I believe My windshield was better put in with Jesse than the original piece of glass that it was made with. It's just beautiful. And everything surrounding the glass before it went in was cleaned up. He was super polite, on time and knowledgeable. I'm so happy I got Jesse to replace the glass in my old car. I'm just beyond happy with the outcome!. I want to thank you all again and again for the beautiful job you did with my windshield and making my car look better than ever!. You will be referred to by me!

My company requires three quotes before getting work done. I won't mention the other two, but Auto Glass Now not only gave the best quote, but when I took two of my vehicles for glass repair, the immediate customer service was fantastic. Chastity, from my first call to the first visit, was so friendly and knowledgeable. I think it was Mike, not exactly sure, but a gentleman there was also very friendly, made sure we were ordering the correct parts for my vehicles, and immediately found discounts for me above and beyond the original quote. Made me feel valued. The work done was flawless, and they got our vehicles back on the road with new glass in no time flat. Great people and excellent service.

This place is amazing. the minute you walk through the doors you are greeted by Chasity one of the most bubbly and friendliest people your ever want to meet. She treated me like i was a long lost uncle that she hasn't seen in 20 years. i gave here my car key and in about an hour i was cruising the highways and byways of the wonderful town of Carpentersville. i would recommend them any day . The guys and women that work here are awesome I came in for a appointment at 9:00am they got my truck in early and they did a awesome job on replacing my windshield in my 1995 Chevy Silverado c1500 . I could see clearly out of my new windshield I bought new Rain-X wiper blades and they installed for free. I'm amazed how great they treat there customers like my self highly recommend buying windshield or glass installation from auto glass now. I want to say over all they were good experience. But that being said. I was the one who reached out to see when they were coming to do a mobile service. I gave them a time frame. With only 50 minutes left till they were supposed to come. I called and asked where they were. The guy seemed like I was going to messed. And need to be rescheduled. But as soon as I got off the phone. The tech told me he was on his way. He did a good job. Just wish I did not have to call and see where they were. I feel that if I would not have called I would have not gotten my windshield done that day.

I had a full windshield replacement and from the initial phone quote and appointment scheduling to the end result I was more than pleased! Chasity had steady communication in the days prior to the appointment, and she was so sweet in person as well! I decided to wait in the lobby and it surprisingly and fortunately only took about an hour. I was so happy with their customer service and professionalism, and when I got into my car I felt like it was brand new! Would absolutely reccomend them to anyone in need of auto glass services! Came in with a pretty badly cracked windshield, the man at front desk had all my information ready and got my car right back. I was lucky enough to have two guys working on my windshield - it took less than an hour. All the guys were friendly & professional. I had to keep running to my car as I kept forgetting to bring stuff inside (I had my 4 Y/O w/ me) & they didn’t mind at all. My windshield came out beautifully. They even fixed my janky velcro for my iPass! Overall, I’m so happy with the entire experience!

All I can say is WOW!! With a multitude of calls to get quotes from 3 other places… Auto Glass Now has a price no one could beat!! I was in and out in less than an hour and could not be happier with the services received. They even placed any belongings I had to on the windshield (iPass, dash cam, and oil change sticker) right back onto the new windshield!! Will come here again for any glass needs!!

I had stopped in to get a quote for my windshield chip, fully expecting to need to return for the fix. Not only was the price right they were able to fix the defect right then! Stated it would take only 15 minutes to complete and that is exactly how long it took. I’m very satisfied with the professionalism and the work done. My windshield had a pretty bad crack that started progressing toward the drivers side so I gave them a call and got work scheduled with a price quote over the phone very quickly and easily. The staff there are very friendly and the work went quicker than expected. Now I have a brand new windshield and they even transferred my Chicago city sticker onto the new one. Great service!
