Fantastic! Don't go anywhere else; best price, special order okay, extra care taken. I waited to post my review, it's been 2 months since I had windshield and back window (special order) installed. Wow. These guys are great. Windshield and back window are still perfect, no leaks (have driven through and had truck sitting during some serious rainstorms)! Prices MORE than reasonable, didn't take long for two glass installation, nice waiting room, good experience. This must be best kept secret, I was sandwiched between classic Cadillac and a little Mercedes sportster (I have an old Dodge truck! Haha!). They did my windshield, and replaced that awful three part back window with solid glass - just terrific. AND, they fixed my headliner that was falling down. Don't go anywhere else (unless you want to pay more and sit all day).

My wife went there because its very close to our house. We called a day earlier to get the windshield in stock. Once the work was done, and she went to pay with a card, she was told they are cash only, and forced to have an employee ride in her car to an ATM. Should someone assume a company that sells $200+ items as their primary business be cash only in 2018? They did a good job with the windshield, but creating such an uncomfortable situation is not a good experience. They should mention this during the call so people can at least show up with cash. Preferably, they should just get a Square account to better serve their customers.

Five stars for the price and the employees super nice .took all day but that was partially my fault for telling them I didn't have sensors which I did ..so they said no problem ran across the river and got one .they seemed a bit short staff and one worker maybe having a off day .but the price u laid saved me hundreds and the staff super friendly..I didn't complain once about the amount of time it took but they apologized anyways multiple times .I will only go here for now on .they got a customer for life !and I got to meet the best dog ever Layla 😁

Had my corvette window replaced. They did a excellent job and the price was the best in town. On a side note they went well out their way to fix a previous problem I had no idea I had till today. I got a new door put on and painted before I brought it to them to get fixed.. long story short the wiring was all over the place and my window wouldn't roll all the way down. The seen this fixed it and saved me alot of money. I appreciate good business because it's hard to find and because of that little thing I'm a life long customer thanks guys

I called to ask if they had the window in stock they told me they would call me back in 10 minutes they took about 25 minutes to call back then told me it would cost 193 dollars and to come drop my vehicle off and it would be done by five. I called them back once I was 17 minutes away to remind them I’m coming once I got there I had to talk to multiple people cause they actually didn’t have the window. They lied then told me they couldn’t get it done until the two days later . Such a waste of time .NegativeProfessionalism

Long story short... My hood flew up and shattered my windshield. So I called in yesterday made a same day appointment. I arrived on time and they started on time. The replacement took about an hour to complete and when they were done the boss wouldn’t let me leave before having one of the workers safely secure my hood down. He came out and double checked the work and then told me to have a good day. Everyone was nice and respectful, I highly recommend this place and will forever be a customer.

I have been using them forever, 20+ years. They have always been very polite and professional. I used to call first to see if they had the glass I needed. Now I just walk in because they always have what I need, in addition, the best prices you can find, plus have it ready the same day. I just recently moved back around the general area from Kentucky. As I was running errands I got my window hit by a flying rock from a lawnmower. My brother heard of R&R auto glass was a great place to take it. I saw professional guys do a assume job and a price you couldn't resist. Great job gentlemen. And as I was there I also even had windshield quoted that had cracked from the heat. For next month. The same Great price. Don't pass R&R auto glass up or you'll regret it.

I went with a broken driver's side door mechanism. They took me right away. The technician kept me informed about my van. Showed me where it was broken and showed me the new part. There was no questioned that the repair they did needed to be done. They showed me the waiting room where they had a TV and wireless password. I was in and out in 90 minutes. If you want a trust worthy place for your repairs this is the place. Thank you for great service.

Worst experience ever. Lied, said they ordered my windshield, had not ordered it at all. Long story short, I ended waiting 3 hours on my day off to get my window fixed and when I mentioned it, they just laughed and said it was only 3 hours. They also smoked in my car, cost me 100 dollars just to get the smoke smell out. Very unprofessional. Right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. I will stick with the professional's next time.
