Owner is a very nice communicative and informative all the time. Prices is very attractive. Problen in future for performed services are very well taken care with minimal charges. Clean clear parking lot. Can not miss on 25th ave. Bellwood I had my honda odyssey rear windshied 5 years ago anf front 3 years ago with best prices in hood. I had front winshield border issue couple days ago taken care at the place no charge. In short best trustworthy place. Their action speaks more than words.

I brought two cars so far and they have done an amazing service. They are quick and efficient. I called and took both of my cars instantly and finished the same day, which is not heard of in the tint shops. The most important thing is that their prices is amazing and truly unbeatable. The cheapest and best service. Also, very friendly staff and honest about their work. Strongly recommended.

A few weeks ago we had a big storm and during the storm my back window got damaged. I usually go to the same place to get my windows fix but this time I decided to try a local business. Went in there and dropped off my car came back a few hours late to picked it up. They was a few issues like a few big chunks of glass under the front seats even though when the window shattered it didn't fly everywhere since my tint kept it together. Also glass inside the trunk jams and on top of my rear bumper, the trim around the window wasn't installed the same and every time I turn i would hear glass move around inside the rear deck lid. I dint have time to leave my car there and get it fixed right so I was just gonna do it my self. A week later while going into work my back window had morning condensation so I used my defrost as I always had to get rid of it , I arrived at work and parked while I waited to punched in and out of nowhere the back window just popped for no reason. I haven't used the defrost button for a week so I wouldn't mess with a new window while it cured from the sealant or glue they used. So I called ogden when they open to talk to them and the owner answer and right away he try blaming the defrost is broken and it stayed on so it cause the window to shattered. I try to explain to him if I didn't have a issue with my defrost with my oem window I shouldn't have a issue with the new window neither but he kept blaming the defrost is bad and I need to take it to the dealership 1st to get fix and all this time we talk he had a bad attitude while on the phone. So I told him ok let me test the defrost and ill call him back so I did and all the times I tested it the defrost would turn off right on the 5 minute mark. So I called and talk to him after I explained whats going on to his daughter that answered the phone and I tell him nothing is wrong with the defroster and he ok that he was gonna try to call his supplier again and try to get it warranty, that he talk to them about it and dint want to warranty the window but he will try again but if he was able to I would need to pay for installation so I gave him my number and its been a week already and no result. I should of know better when they told me CASH ONLY because if I payed with credit I could as least try to get my money back . Either the window was bad or they using cheap window. I would of been happy to receive partial payment back but he wasn't gonna help me at all. And I could of been driving with my 3 kids in the back when this happened is the worst part. I went to the window shop I always go to get a new window because i needed it fix asap and talk to a few of workers there and they said it couldn't be the defrost going bad because if it did the defroster grids would be damaged but they wasn't and blame it on a cheap window installed. Dont waste your money on a company that doesn't stand behind there products or work.

After having my windows tinted and a remote starter installed within 72 hours, the owner offered to install my review mirror on the passenger side that was missing for me at the front desk free of charge if I purchased the part. After a month, I contacted them today and scheduled an appointment. The receptionist Laura recalled the conversation and spoke with him to confirm and gave me a time. I returned with the part and on time for the appointment. After waiting an hour, I was informed I was being charged $25 for labor; which is affordable but it’s the principle. I hadn’t asked him for anything, he offered. After he decided to charge me, the receptionist returned with a sudden case of amnesia as well. I was truly disappointed. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he was getting ready to pull my car out, I told her I’d just pay for it; he didn’t even have the decency to speak with me directly. When I left, he was entering the building and couldn’t look me in the face either. Truly disappointed today.

Prices are good hete but service is not. I brought my car here for 2 things: a windshield replacement and power window on drivers door not working. A couple hours later they called me to inform me that my car was ready for pickup. They did replace the windshield but forgot to check the non working drivers door window. This ended up causing a very long delay for almost 4 hours. After finally checking the drivers window they informed me that the regulator was bad and needed to be replaced. Then they told me I had to go find and get my own window regulator and bring it to them to install. (I believe this request to be unprofessional.) THEY should supply all parts and not have the customer running around to auto part stores hoping to get the right parts...They should simply supply the parts and pass the cost to the customer... You will save a few bucks here yes...however, you may be waiting a long time and running around to auto parts stores for your parts too...smh.

Had my front windshield tinted today cheap and quick service but very messy. First I noticed a Scrap of tint from rear view mirror cut out was left on the top of my car. Dog hair on my seats as well as water all over seats and dash. Water marks that could have easily been wiped clean. Then noticed that I asked for a quote for chrome delete in which they had to open my hood to give me an estimate. I drove down the street and my hood popped open due to them being negligent and not shutting it correctly. Thankfully didn’t crack my windshield. Last straw was when I noticed that they didn’t clean the windshield before applying the tint. I have a city sticker and they didn’t clean off the residue from the sticker it was clearly not cleaned off before applying the tint so now it is stuck in between the tint and the window. Very disappointed was going to go back to get chrome delete done but will look elsewhere.

First off this is a Family business very professional. I’ve been here several times I love to work if you have any issues you come back and they make it right. This is like family to me they don’t play around they’re very business like anybody who puts up a review and it’s a bad review it’s because you’re looking for something for free, they do awesome work and I recommend anybody to come here family friends, police officers, anybody that needs anything done with their car they’re very professional and if any damage is done, they do come forward and say that they did it as far as somebody bringing their car in here and saying that they messed up their car absolutely not I recommend this place to anybody and I give more than five stars.

Came in to tint my windows and was quoted the exact price I paid. I asked the front desk girl, Laura and she was very nice and professional on dealing with me and other customers I saw her interact with. Frank, the owner, is very very accommodating, friendly, waits on you hand and foot and makes sure you are 100% satisfied with the service. if you aren't satisfied, neither is he. This is how you know it's truly a family run business. The guys applying the tints, Ricardo, Sergio, Victor, Jr are very accommodating, knowledgeable on what they do and the services they provide. Great customer service Experience, Laura at the front was phenomenal in guidance. The two installers did a phenomenal job. (Tipped them for excellent work). I made a mistake and requested the dark tint and realized it may be too dark for Wisconsin driving. Lol. Laura said to just bring g when I want to switch out for a small fee. 🌞🌞👍🏽 The owner Francisco was a good dude. He had tremendous positive energy and gave me a warm welcome n departure. Great work and affordable prices. Have taken two cars here and have no complaints on the quality of work, employees will discuss and recommend what they think will work best to reach a good solution. No appointments so first come first serve. First time I came in the morning on a weekday and was out within a few hours, second was early on a Saturday and I waited for about 3 hours, left and waited another 4 or 5 before the car was ready so plan accordingly when choosing a time to bring your vehicle in.ServicesInstallation
