Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! I broke the driver's window on my 20yr old car during a Chicago polar vortex evening. I spent the next day calling around trying to find a place to get it fixed, some places said that they couldn't get the window, some were hugely expensive. Atlas said they could replace the window at a very reasonable price. Very friendly, the OEM window ordered didn't quite fit, so they got a different window, it took longer to fix than they had said. They reduced the quoted price, which was hugely appreciated. I think the window they put in is a better fit than the window that broke.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Went here for a small chip repair in my windshield, smaller than a dime. As soon as I arrived we went to my car and I showed them the chip that needed to be filled. Original time quoted was 30 minutes for the repair but it took them 1.5 hours, and they filled a chip that was old and already filled instead of the new one that I pointed out the moment I arrived. Another 15 minutes later and they filled the correct chip this time. Why did this take so long? no one was even working on the car most of the time when I looked in the garage. Really disappointed at the lack of updates and carelessness throughout the repair. Price on the higher end, $50. I’ve had this same repair done for 30 at another place. 2 stars because the repair eventually got done. Minus 3 for the slowness, carelessness, and higher price.

Had to call to see if my car was ready. After having my car for more than 7 hrs I call he says it's ready I Uber there get the car and the receipt has no details just says liquing sun roof. 2 days later still water coming in. Take the car back he says he is busy and to leave the car again had to Uber back home then back there again. He swears they got it this time. It rains again more rain inside. Go back and he says he'll just give me a refund that my whole sun roof unit has to be replaced. Buddy is lost and I have yet to still get a refund. Seems like they love to guess and fake fix stuff. Never again. Waste of my time, money and gas. Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful manager shouldn't be in business.

These guys were amazing. I went to Safelite Auto Glass first which was about $300 to get my window repaired but they said they couldn't do it because the regulator got messed up and I had to buy a new one which costed like $100 more. I needed so desperately to get my windows fixed as soon as possible. But luckily, my coworker recommended me this. I was worried at first because since Safelite couldn't do the job right I figured they wouldn't either but I'm happily proven wrong. They gave highly reasonable prices which was even lower than I expected. They also fixed my regulator without me paying a $100 more! If you want your windows fixed, this is the place to get it for a very good price!!

So far so good no leaking, cleans well, sturdy, and the job took less than 2 hours. Little bit pricier than some other places I called but this place was in my neighborhood so I went here out of convenience. Had to replace the entire window and it works very well and overall looks pretty good. I just wish the logo of the window' manufacturer (I think its spelled jky) was aligned properly when I have the window up, the placement of the wording is off and looks odd in which I dont like . Minor imperfection, honestly its not very noticeable. therefore, it won't bother most ppl hence the reason I still rated the place high and would still recommend going here for work.

Don’t expect quality work here. They told me it would take two hours but did not start they job until after two hours, then rushed to finish. Window was sitting crooked and molding was not uniform. They scratched the paint down to bare metal when removing the glass. Although they have a flyer in the waiting room about the importance of priming the surface to prevent rust, they omitted that process before installing the new glass. Hopefully there are no scratches behind the molding and I don’t get rust or leaks. Took a gamble and loss.

When I saw phenomenal customer service this place truly has it. I had two of my car windows smashed out and I mean i was at a loss. Called atlas and they got me in on the same day at a wonderful price and out in under 2 hours to replace rear window glass and a passenger window and completely cleaned all the broken glass up. Whatever your window needs are please go see them! Fast friendly and nice. Will continue to refer people to you! Thank you again for everything yesterday!!

My windshield leaks water from where the windshield meets the roof onto my dash board, at the rate of about a droplet per second. The rearview mirror glue has given way and hence I no longer have a mirror. Lastly, my windshield wiper arm mechanisms were not put back on correctly. My wipers constantly malfunction now. Finally, their price. It cost me more than I was expecting. Not more than they told me but more than i thought it would.

I needed to get my windshield and side mirror replaced. I called ahead of time to make sure the parts were there was was assured they'd be in the following morning. When I arrived, the windshield was there, but I was told the new shipment hadn't came in. The side mirror got there 3 days after the day I was promised. Outside of that issue, the staff was very friendly, the prices were reasonable and the service was fast and satisfactory.

Is it too much to ask to vacuum the shattered glass on the car seat and floor? You call that good service? Most places will replace the window and clean up the shattered glass. There are cheaper and better places to go to. Im extremely disappointed with the service. I dont think its too much to ask from a paying customer. My wife should of said something, too bad I wasn't there because I know you all have a vacuum over there.
