I called the day before and they were able to pencil me in the next day! Their prices are very competitive and the work was done in about 1 hour. Their customer service is also great! I hope I won't be needing another windshield anytime soon, but if I do I know where to go!

I had broken the side view mirror on my car. Victor provided excellent customer service! He called me early the next morning when the part came in and was very prompt and professional with the repair. The price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Lincoln Auto Glass!

Very professional, prompt and provides quality service. Stated my problem, he gave me a quote and set an appointment. Got me in and out in reasonable time. No gimmicks. TENS across the board.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place uses cheap glass that doesn’t fit specific vehicles. I brought my car in for a cracked windshield. Service was timely, but the windshield was not installed properly, resulting in another crack coming in off the seam on the driver's side 3 weeks later. I brought the car back, and the owner said it was a defective windshield and replaced it. After driving away, the glass was squeaking loudly all around the edges. I brought it back and he assured me in was because of the cold and that the glue needed to set. After doing my own research I found that only happens when the windshield is not installed properly, and the seal is not set. Five weeks into my second replacement, another cracked formed out of the seam on the passenger side. I called to ask for a refund or replacement, and the owner said that he lied last time, and the second crack was caused by a rock and that he would not back up his work this time. As seen in the images, there are no chips or marks made by rocks. After talking to other professionals, they said that both times were caused by improper installation, and cheap glass. I do not recommend this shop if you want a windshield that lasts, you will be looking for a replacement again shortly. The glass is very low quality, installation seems to always be done incorrectly, and they are dishonest and go back on their word. Pay to have it done properly the first time, or it may end up costing much more time and money down the line.

I recently had a small rock hit my window on the highway while driving home from NC. I decide to file a claim thinking it would be covered but I find out it’s several hundreds of dollars to repair. So onto the google search I went. Victor was immediately response with a quote. Explained the entire process. Was flexible with times for me to vehicle in. He even followed up with me the day I said I would come in but I never provided a time. Exceptional customer service like that wins my business every time. It’s the little things that go such a long way. Thank you for everything Victor. Small business need support like this. Highly recommended location for glass repair and absolutely amazing prices.

I am very grateful to have come across Lincoln Auto Glass! Victor gave me a same day quote which was significantly more then reasonable! My wife and I were in and out in less then an hour, even having been about 25 min late for our appointment. Again, sorry about that Victor. I wish all business owners had the work ethic and attitude you have. I have already started referring you and your shop. If you are in need of a windshield replacement without a doubt Victor is the guy to do it. There is a reason he has nothing but positive reviews here!

I called around yesterday to get some quotes for a windshield replacement for my pickup. Lincoln Auto Glass was almost 10% less than the next lowest price. He was able to get me in today, and was finished with the replacement in the time quoted. This included removing some unexpected rust and adding a primer. The windshield looks great and the technician was helpful, friendly, and informative. I will not hesitate to come back should the need arise.

I do recommend this shop for fixing windows. Viktor took the time to fix 3 windows and within a timely matter, we had the car back! Finally my son was able to lower his driver window to get fresh air & do proper drive thru orders! Thankful for all windows working now! Lincoln Town car looking new again!

My husband called several different places, he needed glass for the back window of his truck and we were going out of town the next day. Lincoln Auto Glass got him in the next day, he was in and out in 40 mins, AND was the cheapest quote!! No wonder they have a 5 star rating!!
