Thank you so much Josh!!! You are a life savor!!! I had my windshield crack when a rock hit my windshield back in November and I kept trying to get a few places give me quotes. Every single one was telling me a month, they didn’t have my windshield, or it was in progress for my request to be granted. I got the recommendation from Caliber Collision to go to J&K Auto Glass in Spring Grove. On a beautiful 32 degree Tuesday I got my windshield earlier than we both thought. He was helpful explained the process how the installation goes. I recommend him to anyone who has the same problem of needing a good person as well as a good service. Josh is a lovely person with 20 plus years of experience and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable leaving my car with. It’s like finding a great optometrist for your cars new glasses. I wear glasses and I am always picky about my Drs. and anyone who can fix my car. You can even pay him over the phone and he has a drop off which is amazing, I didn’t take it because I did it on an off day, his accessibility and communication was ideal with texting. I can’t wait to send more people who need a a replacement or anything to do with Auto Glass. I have a prettier windshield than the manufacturer gave me there’s a nice bluish tint that helps the sun glare. I didn’t have that on my old one. New little sunglasses for my Avengie (Avenger Dodge). If I could give this business no stars I would. I called three days ago to set up an appointment. Got their voice mail and left a message. Still haven’t heard from them. Not a great way to run a business. Most of their reviews must be from friends and relatives. I did see another review with the same issue. I’ve since called Safelite, and got an immediate response. I would recommend Safelite for your window repairs. A company who has been in business for a long time, and values new customers. To the owners, no need to responded now, you’re silence says it all.

Called on a Friday and they were able to get me in early Saturday. Took my car in for what I thought was a crack, but ended up being only a deep scratch. Still attempted to fill it to make it less noticeable. Service was great and courteous. I was not charged since there wasn’t an actual crack or chip repair. That tells me this is an honest business to work with. I’ll definitely be going here if I ever need actual glass repair and I will be referring people here as well.
