If I could give Josh the Owner more than 5 stars, I would. I was just in here 5 days ago getting my windshield replaced and now I'm back in here today getting my rear passenger window replaced. My windshield cracked all the way across and I called Safelite since my insurance directed me to them. They told me they had my windshield in stock at their Kenosha location so I ended up driving 50min to get it done. Upon arriving they said they didn't have it. Pissed off I decided to call someone local and the lady I talked to on the phone was super nice and empathetic. She said they were booked up but they would get me in before their other appointments the next day. It was great! Now yesterday some thugs tried stealing my car in Chicago breaking my back passenger window. I called Josh right away that I needed it replaced ASAP and he's like "I'll take care of it buddy, I'll see you tomorrow morning at 7:30am before my other appointments come in. You can't ask for better service. This guy is a pro and it shows! Couldn't be happier w/ how both windows turned out and if you ever need windows replaced on your vehicle, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Also, they take insurance if that was a concern. Had a small crack in my windshield that needed to be fixed. I had called a couple places before J and K and for all of the other places I had to leave work and drive to them. When I called J and K auto glass they were able to work with my schedule and send someone to my house the next morning to fix my windshield. They worked with my schedule and I didn’t have to miss work for it. Their prices were also the best between the 3 places I called. The other places were double in price annd I had to take time off work annd go to them. Other places required the crack to be smaller than a dime otherwise it would require a full replacement. I was told by J and K that they were able to repair a crack up to the size of a credit card, not a dime like other places. So this could save someone money in the future thinking they have to replace a crack larger than a dime when they really didn’t . They were polite on the phone and in person. Once they came to my house they had everything done in about 15/20 minutes. It has only been 4 days since they repaired my windshield, but so far so good!

Josh repaired the rust from a stone chip that had allowed water to get past my windscreen and into the cabin of my 01 Toyota Land Cruiser. I am very fussy about my car, I have owned it since new and absolutely still love it 500000 miles later. Josh was extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He sent photos of the job in progress so I could see the extent of the rust damage. He detailed his approach to the repair and the efforts he went to to make sure the rust was stopped to prevent future problems. He even removed and replaced the parking stickers without damaging them which is hugely impressive and not easy to do! I feel lucky to have found a true expert in the field and will be recommending him to all my friends. I would not hesitate to use J&K Auto glass again. I just had my 92 Acura NSX rear glass put on by Dylan and i have to say that when he first showed up, i was a bit worried as he looked very young. My rear glass that is on top of the engine in the back of the car is very very hard to find. It was very expensive and I wanted it installed correctly as it sits on a frame since the glass flips up to access the engine. OK, first off, Dylan spoke very respectfully and was very meticulous about his work. I spoke to him here and there when he was working and at the end he did a great job with the rear glass and making sure it was on proportionately. Overall, J&K had the best price out of all the glass places i called, but they did a top notch service. I would absolutely call these guys again if the whole company's representation is just like the fine installer like Dylan. I will be recommending this place to my friends and my dealership friends who are managers at Libertyville Acura.

This Company by far beats everyone else’s prices hands down and the quality of work they do is pristine. Cherie gave me a quote within 5 minutes of me calling, she went above and beyond with answering all of my questions, she’s very knowledgeable when it comes to explaining what takes place start to finish and she was able to get me scheduled the next day! Did I mention they are a mobile service!!!! Now that’s service all around!!!! The tech that came out to our house (Dylan) was very friendly and the work he provided was quick and very thorough. Extremely professional and passionate team. This company took their time when I called in and didn’t rush me off the phone which tells me they care about their customers. I would recommend J&K over anyone else around!

I got a tiny chip in my windshield. With my luck, if I didn't repair it - likely crack across "right at my eye level". I knew better & started checking into windshield repair services online. Of course Safelight & the jiggle, "safelight replace, safelight repair"... but at $150+ I wanted to do better. Thanks to Google maps, found J&K Auto Glass. Called & was quoted a more reasonable price and location service within a day or two. Dylan texted me in morning of appt & I was ready to go - so was Dylan. By 8:15-ish in morning the chip was filled & reassured no chance of the windshield cracking across. If you can get local small business - go for it! Keep supporting locals instead of the "box stores". Been very pleased on the ease & results.

Excellent work. Excellent communication. Punctual. Conscientious. Reasonably priced. What else could you want in a glass company?!? Had my rear window shot out by some clown with a BB gun around Christmas. Josh answered my wife's call and was able to provide an estimate on the spot. We told him we would drop off the vehicle so he ordered the window from his supplier. He let us know that he wouldn't be at his facility when we dropped it off and also let us know when he got to his shop and brought it in from the elements. Price quoted is what was charged and he ensured he was not out to lunch when we showed up. Crummy that we had a need for his service, but was so enjoyable to work with.
