Revised 4/28 - This is nothing against the technician, who like I said in my original review was amazing. However, it was raining a few days later after my repair and my passenger windshield wiper stopped working. I gave them a call because I figured it would be a quick fix. They told me a manager would call me back to start a warranty claim. A week later and no call back or warranty claim. For my family’s safety and given that it was storming and was set to rain almost everyday that week, I took it to the dealer. Apparently one of the wiper screws wasn’t tighten enough. It took them 5 minutes to fix. So again, stuff happens and the technician was great, but a return call from management would have been appreciated. Original Review: Great experience from beginning to end. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. The technician was so professional and the work looks good. More importantly, they stand behind their work and told me that if I have an issue to call them back and they’ll start a warrant claim. A great way to end a nerve wracking experience of having a cracked windshield.

I can’t begin to express how impressed and satisfied I am with the service and customer support I received. Initially, I was ready to hire a lawyer because of all the confusion surrounding my insurance, but then Beverly stepped in. She was incredibly patient, professional, and—most importantly—knowledgeable. Beverly took the initiative and tackled a huge issue I was facing with the insurance company handling my repair. Thanks to her expertise and resources, she made what could have been a stressful process quick and painless. In addition, Syed, the repair technician who worked on my truck, was outstanding. He was very professional and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the repair process. His attention to detail was exceptional—he even addressed small issues I was concerned might get overlooked. When I picked up my truck, it looked and felt even better than before the accident—cleaner and almost like new! Thanks to Beverly and Syed, my experience was truly seamless, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding service I received. Highly recommend!

I am so impressed with Caliber Collision in Algonquin, IL. I was involved in a fender-bender, and brought it to them for repair. It was the most seamless experience I have had. From the front desk appointment (Kim), and the check-in/pick up (Brandon and Beverley)-Very professional and kind. I was referred to Dave for the body work, and oh my, what an amazing job!! It absolutely looks brand new! Two other things worth mentioning: the work was to take 7-10 days, and it was finished in 3. Last but not least, Enterprise was there waiting to pick me up when I arrived, for a ride to get the rental car; the two companies had that worked out ahead of time. (the driver of enterprise was very kind and professional as well:). Caliber's attention to detail, professionalism, service, and quality of work, are most excellent. I now 'have a body shop', that Lord willing I won't 'need' again- but thankful for that peace of mind, if I do. :)

I highly recommend Jesus O from Caliber Auto Glass for his great personality and top tier professionally. He was punctual, friendly and extremely efficient. He fixed my rear window glass very fast and during the whole process, from coming to us to finishing the job, he made sure to communicate everything to us clearly and timely. He even cleaned my front and back seats and made my car look so tidy and clean ( there was a broke in to my car, that’s why I need to fix my window). Plus, Their online payment system is very easy to use. I Highly recommend Jesus O and Caliber Auto Glass! They fixed the window so nicely, they really made me feel a lot better after what had happened to my car.

Amazingly this is the fifth windshield I’ve had to replace in the last 8 years and without going into detail it was a way better experience than both Gerber and Safelite. I called this morning, they replaced and calibrated my windshield this afternoon, at my house! The other two companies showed up other times and weren’t able to calibrate because they didn’t have the correct equipment, the stories get worse from there. Suffice it to say Caliber got it right the first time.

I was sent to Calliber by my insurance company. Calliber took care of EVERYTHING. My rental was waiting when I dropped my car off. Calliber took care of making sure Enterprise got their car back. While in their care, Calliber gave me regular updates via text and voicemail. The work they did was amazing. I would be hard pressed to tell where the damage had been. And bonus: the cleaned (practically detailed) the inside of my car. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!!

I recently had a broken windshield and was instructed to take it to Caliber Collision- It has literally been one of the best experiences I have ever had regarding car repair My husband is also a mechanic and has been doing so for 40 years; Now that he’s retiring, I’m sad that he doesn’t have an opportunity to work for a place like this. Fantastic customer service, it’s like walking into your own living room. Very comfortable feel amazing staff.! 🎉🎉🎉

Alex, servicer was great! He was customer focused, customer friendly, and most importantly he fixed my windshield crack in a timely and quality manner! I recently had some repairs done at Caliber Collision, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. They did not do paint body work, but the repairs they did were top-notch and saved me a lot of money. The staff (TOM and Brandon and the tech…his name escapes me…) were outstanding, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

We had a wonderful experience with Caliber Auto Glass. We received a low quote online and due to the windshield being in stock, they were able to install same day. They notified us of their arrive so we could be prepared. The installer explained the steps and the aftercare. He did an AMAZING job and took the extra time to clean up and debris.
