We were visiting the Jerome Idaho area when a truck launched a large object at the windshield of our Honda Pilot. The impact shattered the windshield sending glass particles throughout the vehicle. We contacted Window Welder of Jerome and spoke with Martha. Martha began the process of locating a replacement windshield while we drove 20 miles of backroads to the Window Welder shop in Jerome. My experience with Window Welders has been the easiest experience from a customer standpoint. I had put off the replacement of my windshield to the max, mostly because I had tried to replace it with three different companies in the Magic Valley and the process was very difficult to navigate or I did not receive a call back when the company realized I had drivers assist. From the start window welders took care of the insurance claim, they had the technology to realign my drivers assist when replacing my windshield. These guys are the BEST. Wish I would have come here a few months ago when my car got its first rock chip in the windshield. Instead I went to another well known national company. Their work left a star pattern in my windshield. But Window Welders repaired my second rock chip the way it was supposed to be done. No star pattern. Very minimal imperfection in my windshield. I will definitely be a repeat customer if need be. Need any kind of windshield repair? Go see Window Welders and no one else!

Amazing overnight service for an unusually large rock chip replacement on my newer vehicle. Justin and Chase did great work, and the support in the office was off the charts as well. There is a good reason why the Window Welder is so highly recommendable throughout Southern Idaho: they are dependable and experts at what they do! The kids loved the movie and pizza night also! Absolutely amazing company, I tried for three days to get through to Safelite glass with no prevail I went to their website and it said late August until they can get my windshield fixed. so I looked around and found window welders, called them they said they could do it the next day,. They showed up on time and within20 mins I had a new windshield. Absolutely shocked at how good the customer service is there.

I had a wonderful experience taking my car for windshield replacement. They were amazing at working around my schedule and the price was better than other repair places. It was quick and when I got into my car they had washed all windows while vacuuming the floor plus wiping off dash. In this day and age it was a terrific surprise. Kudos to Window Welder!!!
