Ritchie Auto Glass

I try not give bad ratings to small businesses but with regards to a semi truck glass repair, I cannot recommend these guys. Took my Freightliner Cascadia for a wash at Blue Beacon a month later and the windshield leaked on the inside like crazy (No rain so couldn’t know until then). There were a minimum of 10 large streaks that kept flowing down from the top ON THE INSIDE. They also have no way to do a VIN lookup for semi’s like their competitor Valley Glass can, which they failed to mention and sounded confident they knew the exact parts for my make model and year. So they ordered the wrong driver door glass and I was out of work for two days right after a 34 reset, which is a lot of money lost. Worst part is they didn’t communicate this fact that semi’s aren’t fully in their scope and took on the job. They could have just agreed they couldn’t do it and I would’ve happily paid $50 more to have it done at Valley Glass. For a personal car it’s okay to delay maybe, but for a commercial driver, it came across as sneaky and unprofessional. If there was no leak to the windshield I still would’ve given 4 stars. Just giving facts here with a bit of opinion.

I was referred from a family member to use these guys to replace my back window. My 4 year decided to throw a rock at the back window and it shattered. Maddie was so helpful when I called to get a quote and schedule an appointment. The next week on Wednesday, Hunter came to replace the glass via mobile service and he did an excellent job. On Sunday I took it for a car wash and noticed the back window wiper wasn’t working and there was some water coming through. I called first thing on Monday, Maddie was so sweet to get me taken care of again. She was able to fit me in the next day at 8:30 am to have it looked at. Hunter decided to come back with his coworker Ryker to assist him later today. They were able to fix the wiper and reseal the back glass for me and explain to me what happened. Seriously the best experience I’ve had from setting up my appointment to having the team come back to look at the window. I will definitely refer future customers and if any more rocks are throw at my car lol I will definitely contact Ritchie’s Auto Glass. Thank you to you all!ServicesAuto windshield repair

What can I say I am always satisfied with the incredible work brought by this incredible company. I first met Mr. Ritchie in 2010 when I was in high school. I seen he always had windshields in back of his truck but never bothered to ask. Years later I am in need of a windshield and I find Ritchie auto glass around 2013-14. I contacted him and he came right out and gave me an incredible deal. Left happy. Years later another car needed a windshield and again here is Ritchie Auto Glass to handle the job. Now in 2023 my truck needs a new windshield and hell yeah I call Ritchie Auto Glass to handle the job. I am always happy and satisfied with the results and couldn’t go anywhere else. My windshield sustained a rock chip when I was on a road trip the other day. Wanting to get it sealed as quickly as possible, I fielded suggestions on a local Facebook group regarding where to take it to get it fixed. I chose Ritchie and needless to say it was the right choice. They were super friendly, got me in right away and out the door in no less than 10 minutes. I also brought my truck in because there were multiple chips in my windshield and Scott did good quality work on it. Highly recommend these guys for any auto glass servicing.

I saw the Ritchie Auto Glass ad on Facebook and decided to call about my pitted windshield. I told them it would be a cash deal because the insurance company won't replace pitted one. The price they quoted was $240 less than a couple of other shops. Since I needed to be in Idaho Falls, they offered another discount if I could come to their shop. The work was done as stated and as quoted, including recalibration. It's a nice shop with a friendly crew. I really recommend them!

Top notch glass service!! I tried Safelite and they couldn’t get an honest answer of what I needed or how much it would cost. Then I called Ritchie auto glass and was instantly helped by a real human who had all the information in seconds. Every staff member I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. Was best price after multiple calls. also saved me money on trim that breaks every time as he had good used ones in stock. Was very good on phone, knew my vehicle, unlike others that I called dealing with secretary I was talking to the owner. Save time and money call him first I was very happy with experience. I sent my daughter in and it was done quick and professionally
