I am very disappointed in the professionalism and communication of this business. I booked an appointment with Colvin’s and told them the driver side door window needed fixed. On the day of our appointment, I called Colvin’s to tell them we were running a little late, and they seemed confused that we had an appointment scheduled. They had to double check if the glass had been ordered yet which it hadn’t been. They also hadn’t remembered that I told them the driver side door needed fixed. They would have ordered the glass and fixed the front windowshield instead of the drivers side door. We left our vehicle with them to be fixed, and went to pick up our vehicle a week later at 8:55am. Their Google hours said they open at 8am. I called them and they said they weren’t there yet and to come back in an hour… we came back after 10 and they finally did arrive. I used Colvin’s last year after a storm blew thru and broke a couple windows on 2 of my vehicles. They were timely and did a great job. So they were the first call I made when someone broke out the back window of my car. Unfortunately that was 6 weeks ago and my glass still hasn’t been installed. They have had it on order. And the only communication I have had was when I have called them a couple times a week to check the status and they would say they would check and call me back and then wouldn’t. I called today and was told that the order had been cancelled by the warehouse and that they could place the order again but I would have to keep waiting. When I expressed some frustration with the length of the wait, by saying, “I am a little frustrated with how long this has taken and the lack of communication…,” the lady hung up on me. Cheryl with Colvin's Glass was fantastic!!! I highly recommend them to take care of glass needs. They were so good to take care of my broken windshield, and so kind and professional. I really appreciated their care of my vehicle and me. The cost was not the cheapest of other places I checked, but neither was it the most expensive. Although I must say, they went above and beyond to come and pick up my vehicle and bring it back to my when it was fixed!!! That was the best thing for someone with several little kids to take care of and worry about how to get home during the repair!! Then Cheryl took great care and time to give me instructions on taking care of it while the glue dries for a few days, and answered all of my questions. Definitely would recommend!!

Whenever I need a windshield replaced or repaired I go to Colvin's because they are the most affordable and do a quality repair. Recently, I received a rock chip that I wasn't sure could be saved before running across my windshield. Colvin's took care of it and you cannot even tell there was a chip. I have never had to return to Colvin's to have them reseal or reglue anything. It has always been done right the first time. I have found them to have the lowest prices without glass coverage and on my vehicles with glass coverage the process was no hassle. She took care of everything. This is a locally owned business that I will continue to do business with and I recommend to family and friends.

My elderly grandmother had her windshield replaced a few months back. She had taken the car back at least four times and the trim is still not correct and I'm wondering if it's even the right windshield! ? Also she's replaced the wipers several times and they still aren't working properly. I previously spoke with associates at Colvins and they were pretty rude regarding my call. You guys replaced a windshield for me in 2006 and did a fantastic job, what's the deal? Very displeased she's still having problems and had to pay for such poor services. Thanks, Nathan R.

Got quoted $235 for a windshield replacement, after the windshield was installed was charged $17 dollars more than the original quote, allegedly for taxes and a fee for paying with a debit card. Would have gone somewhere else if I had known the true final cost . Took care of us. We were traveling thru Idaho in our way West and we hit a bird the cracked & spidered the heck out of our windshield. So we couldn’t continue our trip like that, very unsafe. We needed a new windshield. We called around and found them, very responsive to our phone call, it was a Holiday too! Got us fixed up quick and we were able to get back on our way home. Nice people, very fair price.

I have had the privilege of having Colvin's Glass repair windshield chips for me three different times and each time they were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend their services to friends and neighbors. It was very convenient to have them pick up my car and do the repairs while I continued to work at the office. Excellent company!
