Randy is amazing!!! He was super professional and knew what he was taking about. He took time helping me go through insurances and figuring out the best option for my window. He was fast at replying and the day I called him he had gotten the parts order and fixed it the next day. This is a company I would for sure go through again!!!!

Peak Auto Glass fixed 2 of my windshields. 1 back windshield that blew out and a rock chip that was finally bothering me in my line of vision. This is the exact right guy to support as a business. It started with taking our call after hours while managing his kids. We got next day service for a Freightliner front windshield replacement, including a same-day exchange when we had mistakenly assumed our windshield was glue installation but turned out to be a gasket-style. We may be biased on pricing, coming from CA, but we still feel that we got an amazing rate working with Frank. We are so grateful to his kindness, professionalism, work ethic, and pride in his business that you can see and feel in every interaction we had from start to finish.

Initially, I called a big name auto glass company because I did not want to run it through my insurance due to a potential rate increase. I compared it to the quote from Frank at Peak Auto Glass and he beat the cash price by hundreds of dollars! Plus he was able to get here the next day and calibrate the electronics from the ease of my driveway. Frank was very careful about cleaning the windshield and leaving the car without fingerprints everywhere. He treated it like it was his own vehicle. I would highly recommend him over the big company. Frank was amazing! We got a rock chip on a road trip, and contacted Peak Auto Glass while we stopped in Eagle. Frank responded to me in a timely manner, and even rearranged his schedule to fit us in. Frank communicated his arrival timing via text, and was really easy to deal with. Then he went above and beyond . . . our rock chip was too big to repair, so he gave us advice on getting it replaced. Highly recommend! Frank was able to get me in same day, and he did a wonderful job replacing my windshield. He also took the time to walk me the insurance claim process and stayed on the phone with me and my insurance company to help provide all the information. Peak Auto Class sent a representative to my home to change the front windshield on my 4-Runner. I was impressed by the friendliness of Cade and how quickly my window was all finished up.
