Ace Auto Glass - Aiea

I had my windshield replace from Ace Auto Glass Aiea location. I called to get a q note without mentioning my insurance it was less than 2K. I called my insurance Geico and initially Geico was going to send me to Safelite but since Audi recommended Ace auto glass I asked my insurance if possible I can go with Ace. It took 2 weeks before everything arrived because my insurance have to approve the repair before they can order the windshield. That was fine because I was out of town. My grievance is that they did a shoddy job on my windshield. I haven't driven the car because they did not properly attached the trim on the windshield. The passenger side is loose and driver side was missing the trim. I had my father pick up my car as I was sick. He didn't notice until I came out the house and showed it to him. They had their tech to come over to supposedly fix it but they couldn't do anything about it. He just tried to pry the area with his hand. He also mentioned that screws are missing. They said their manager already ordered the part to replace the trim. Either, they knew already that the trim is missing in the beginning or just really just doesn't pay attention with the work that they do. I am still waiting for the replacement hoping it would actually be done correctly. I am worried of future leakage. I haven't test drove my car if the automatic sensor works. I will update review once my windshield is finally fix.

I am so pleased by the service Ace Auto Glass in Aiea. My window on my BMW was busted by some derelict by Camp Erdman during the day. My insurance company hooked me up with Safelite which I've used before and they were good. This time they gave me an appt. for February 12 at my home and they couldn't do it until then because they needed a part. Then I got a text saying we've updated your appt. for Feburary 16 and I'd have to bring it in town. I told them that won't work because I'm having surgery on February 14th. I asked them what happened to my February 12th appt. and at my house. No response. I can't leave my window open like that for too long as the rain and weather could damage it more. I called Ace Auto Glass to ask for an estimate and she gave me the lowest price of all the auto glass places I called AND she had it in stock! AND she could get me in that day!! I had a great experience with Ace Auto Glass, Aiea. A thief smashed a window on my truck, and I would have done the window replacement myself if I could have found the glass at a reasonable price. They were one of only 2 businesses I contacted who came back within a few hours with a quote for parts and labor. Safelite was the other company, and Ace not only had availability to do the work the next day (Safelite was over a week for the soonest appointment), but Ace came in at a significantly lower price. I arrived about an hour early for my appointment, and they took my vehicle in then. The work was done well, completed early, and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I'm happy to leave a good review for businesses who do such a great job, and I definitely recommend Ace for your auto glass needs.

Phoned Ace Auto Glass repair at 8:00 am left a message for a call back. Ace auto called me back shortly after, scheduled me in for a 1:30 appointment time the same day. Even gave me a partial quote without seeing the issue. Arrived at Ace Auto a little after 1:00 PM Receptionist had purchased the part and my car was fixed before 2:30. So from the time they quoted me to start at 1:30pm and finished within an hour, with exceptional customer service from staff and receptionist. Will return in the future no doubt. Ace auto glass Pearl City is amazing!! I almost got into a major accident while changing lanes...a car came out of nowhere whizzing by and took my passenger side mirror off. Everywhere I called before ace did not have the mirror in stock, including the dealer who quoted that it would cost $360 and I'd have to wait a week or more for it to arrive. Thank God for Ace. Not only did they have the mirror and assembly in stock but they quoted me $137. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and made my bad day so much better. When I arrived, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend!!!

These folks are the best! Arrived before 8am for my appointment, thinking that I'd have to wait until they officially opened to drop off my car. Nope! One of the techs saw me waiting and waved me over, and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. He said they might need 2 days for the windshield replacement, or it might be done today, so I had all kinds of plans about how I was going to manage the family transportation. So you can imagine how amazing it was to get a call just 3 hours later that everything was done! Wow! Super grateful to everyone there. This is now our only glass shop!

Someone tried breaking in the rear window of my vehicle and although they didn't break the window or get anything out of the car, they did destroy the motor that raises and lowers the window. I took it to the shop at an auto dealer and they said it would be 3 weeks before they could even look at it. My insurance adjuster recommended Ace Auto Glass and they took it in and it was repaired by the next day and I picked it up and went home. I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

Very professional, friendly and fast on switching out my front windshield. There were able to knock mine out in less than two hours. So far I don't have any issues but if the time ever comes, I know I can go back and they'll take care of my needs. Highly recommend these guys fir your car window needs and they even went into detail to which brand windows were available and getting the correct seals and moldings.

I had Ace put in a small window glass in my car. On arrival to pick my car up, it was raining and they left one of my windows down. My backseat got soaked and so did the paperwork that was in there. They offered to wipe it down. Come on how are you going to wipe my carpet and seat dry? Unreal. I'm not happy one bit! Come on be more responsible .NOT HAPPY ONE BIT

The service was amazing from when I first picked up the phone to make an appointment to when I drove off with a new window. They instantly got to work on my car from the moment I finished checking in at the reception desk and it was completed within an hour. Hopefully I never have to replace another shattered window but if I do I’m coming right back to this place.
