I booked an appointment for 10:30am over the phone to repair a chip that was smaller than a dime from a rock hitting my windshield that morning. I booked the appointment immediately when it happened and drove 25 minutes from my job to this shop to get it repaired. I arrived at 10:19am and went inside at 10:28am and let the young lady know I had a 10:30am appointment to repair the chip. She asked me was I going to go for a walk and told me it would take 15-20 minutes. I went inside of PopShelf and came back to the shop at 11:10am (40 minute wait at this point). I passed by my car and something was still on my windshield, assuming it was still not ready, so I went inside to sit down. While I was inside no one said anything to me or gave me an update on my car. I let another 10 minutes pass and by 11:20am, I went up to the young lady and ask her how much longer would it be for my car, I had already waited 50 minutes. She said the technician, Michael was still not done, but she would go ask him a time frame. She came back and told me it would be an additional 10 minute wait for it to dry, meaning an entire hour for this chip to be repaired and it was only me and another lady inside and I was before her with an scheduled appointment. A whole 10 minutes did not even go by and my keys were handed to me, like they rushed finishing it since I said something about the wait. I feel like my car was not even started on until way after 10:30am. I was highly irritated at this point because I drove from work while on my lunch break being told to my face it would not take longer than 20 minutes. I still had to drive another 30 minutes back to work after being here for an hour. Once I got in my car, I seen the chip looked worse, with more lines coming from it after it was “repaired”. There is not even a small line, it looks like the same crack as before. This is not my first time getting my windshield repaired, so I know how this works and how this goes. I actually have a preferred guy who does it for me for cheaper and will come to me and gets it done in less than 10 minutes. However, since this company provides warranty, I decided to give them a shot, that was my poor decision making obviously. When I called to inform the staff of my concerns and dissatisfaction, I received a nonchalant attitude and was told I would have to come back up there before 5:30pm, even though their closing time says 6pm. I left work early and drove another 30 minutes again, just to wait in the lobby for another 10 minutes to not be greeted and told that nothing is wrong and another technician said nothing was wrong. I was told they could not do anything to come back up here AGAIN to speak with the manager, Wesley. The young lady got loud and started going back and forth with me saying she’s just the front person when she’s the one who told a lie to me for how long the wait would be initially. Not sure why she’s upset and she did not have to take time away from work or waste money on a poor service. For all the gas I have wasted, I could have stuck with my original guy. I sent a detailed email to the manager, Wesley hoping he would rectify the situation, but I received no respond after his staff told me to speak with him once he got back from vacation. He should have stayed on vacation because he is no use to this company and not helpful at all. Everyone looked at my windshield and was shocked how they made it look worse, creating more lines than it originally had. Very unprofessional, if I could give zero stars, would.

A gravel truck on the highway deemed me the lucky recipient of one of its stray pebbles. It put a huge crack in my windshield that spidered nearly halfway across the glass. I contacted State Farm and Auto Glass Now was at the top of the preferred vendor list. I called this Tucker location and they got me in. I was quoted two hours which actually ended up being four and when I picked it up, I was informed that I needed to come back the next day to have the sensors and cameras calibrated for my specific windshield. Apparently there is a code that they need in order to do this and the place they get the code from closed at 5 PM which should’ve been long before the time they were supposed to be finished with it. Their poor planning became another day for me to deal with what should’ve taken a couple hours. I took it in the next day and they called me 45 minutes later to let me know that it was done. I didn’t get a mile down the road before I heard wind coming through on the driver side of the windshield. It doesn’t seem like they sealed the window properly. Now, doubting that the work was done correctly, I began looking over the rest of the work only to find that during the removal, whatever cutting utensil they use to cut the glass free, had cut my trim running up the inside of the windshield. I called back to see if they’d be willing to correct the wind sound at the very least to which Wesley replied, “My technician is gone now and we won’t be able to fix it today.” He stated that the next available time would be two days from now. This place is a joke. Do not come here. No one should have to take three separate visits to get a windshield installed correctly and the lack of responsibility and care for their work and mistakes is appalling. Be warned.

Took forever — 4 hours after appointment time waiting in a space with no AC. They had no idea how to recalibrate the vehicle safety features on a 2017 Subaru Outback -even though they charged me more than the windshield to calibrate. Said it was done but when I got in everything was turned off including the front camera and rear braking assist. He got back in the car and still had no clue. Was trying to call the Subaru Star link helpline though the car. Now they’re telling me I have come back tomorrow because they installed the wrong type of windshield. And I’ve already paid. UPDATE: I had to take the car to the dealer and pay a second time to get it fixed. Essentially everything the technician told me was incorrect. I was told by corporate that my money would be refunded. That hasn't happened. I called back and was told "No, we can't refund your money, you need to speak to the shop and they will call you." Three weeks later and that has not happened. I called the number in the review below during business hours and was just rerouted to the corporate number, who then put me on hold for thirty minutes because they couldn't reach the shop either. Supposedly the issue is being escalated to district management but I'll believe it when I see it. In the meantime, I paid $732 for a winshield that wasn't fixed, was lied to by the shop, and have now wasted hours trying to get my money back for a job that wasn't done. STAY AWAY. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I have changed my review of 10 months ago from a single star up to 4 stars. Apparently the manager was gone for a week when my debacle happened (read below) and they were swamped with angry customers and 1-star reviews for that one week. Last month I had to get another new windshield for our teen son's car and I when I realized State Farm had connected me again with Auto Glass Now, I almost hung up. But I looked at their recent reviews and it's clear I caught them 10 months ago at a unique time. They were great this time and I am assuming they let go whoever was in charge that one week last year. I knocked a star off because this business should have foreseen the risk they were taking last year when the manager left. *************************** After a rock hit my windshield I picked this place because of the good reviews. But everything has been a mess. After telling me on the phone if I took the first appointment of the day it would be 90 minutes to replace and recalibrate - it turned out to be 5.5 hours. THEN, they didn't put the side trim on properly and it blew off as I went down the highway. It's a part with 13 clips so I'm not sure if they didn't attach it right or did not seal the windshield properly. But now it's like a wind tunnel in my car and they will have to order this part from the Manufacturer and I get to go spend another god knows how long here. Good times.

The front desk girl could not comprehend my questions around helping me understand what exactly they recalibrate when changing a windshield. (I had a problem with sensors at the last replacement so I was trying to check how to avoid this time). I had my husband call to ask a technician to get a better answer, which he did get. So I booked with her after she gave me a quote of $275. At my appointment, after 39 minutes of waiting, she calls and asks if my windshield wipers defrost. I tell her I have no idea. She asks if I’m only getting a calibration, I say no, you have my car with at least a 2 foot crack on the windshield, and I booked a windshield replacement. She apparently only booked and quoted me a calibration. She couldn’t follow a simple question to go with a windshield repair. They didn’t honor the price she booked me with when she didn’t understand how to book a windshield replacement. I had to go pick up my car or they were going to charge me 3x what she quoted me. Going somewhere the employees can comprehend and honor a simple windshield replacement. The lack of ability to comprehend and understand at the front desk makes me concerned about the repair integrity at this point.

I must say this place provides outstanding service from start to finish. While on the phone with one of there competitors companies Safelite whom had me on hold for an extensive period of time. I googled and researched other places boy am I so glad I did. I had a huge crack in my windshield and was heading out of town in another day thus needing immediate service. I inquired about a quote online and immediately received a quote from Auto Glass Now via text message while still on the phone with the competition. Not only only was the price 60% cheaper than their competitors but their reviews were much higher as well. I am very thankful for the front desk staff and service providers that did an outstanding job. They was able to accommodate me although I arrived an hour early for my appointment. While waiting I walk across the street to get a manicure and pedicure it took more time to get my nails done than it did replacing my windshield. I received both a call and text message to inform me service were complete. I am truly a satisfied customer.

I just experienced one of the best, if not THE ULTIMATE BEST service and care when shopping for a glass replacement for my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross rear bottom window. Sean Walker from the Zephyrhils FL location went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed at a price that almost seemed unreal to believe. He kept checking on availability for the part, availability for the nearest mobile technician and managed to secure and confirm a service date within the next 2 days for the job to be done. SURREAL!! THIS MAN NEEDS A PROMOTION, AN AWARD FOR BEST SERVICE AGENT OF THE YEAR PLUS SOME. A+ for being professional, caring, personable, attentive, going the extra mile and most of all a solid delivery on what AUTO GLASS NOW stands for. Thank you Sean, I truly appreciate everything you managed to bless me with today. And to think I would have had to sell my kidney, arm and liver to be able to afford paying $1200 for the same part with the dealership is now distant memory. Bravo!!

My husband had a very frustrating experience at Auto Glass Now. He took his vehicle in to repair a small chip in the windshield caused by a rock. They assured him that chips smaller than a quarter could be easily fixed. However, when he left, his windshield was in far worse condition, with a crack over a foot long. He ended up sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, waiting for an update. To make matters worse, the manager left without saying anything. After waiting another 30 minutes, he asked about the status of his car and was shown the now severely cracked windshield. They never requested for him to sign any sort of documentation or liability form for the issue. We have since reached out to corporate and promptly waiting on a response. This level of service is completely unacceptable. We would not recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone needing windshield repair.

On Wednesday, April 9, 2025 lack of communication because I was there from 8:00am until 5:00pm and the only reason I received any communication is because I ask the young lady at the counter. I left after being there for 9 hours. I had to return on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 8 am and at 10:30am i was told that my windshield was completed; however it wasn't and the gentleman tried to tell that it was, but I had warning lights on that said that my to senor lights on the side was not connected. That took another hour so I was there for another 4 hour that day. I had to $620.00 for a days in a half work which messed up my entire days. Now I have to go back because when I spray my windshield washer something sticky comes out and sticks to the windshield. I am very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the Tech. Loann

This is my second post about this place. First one was amazing 5 stars. Now not so much. I was given the wrong price. They did an amazing job with putting the windshield in. But I was told one price over the phone and once it was told was told another. I'll go in person if I end up going back after this. I called and explained my concern and was told someone would call me back. It's been almost 24 hours and no phone call... long story just go in and have your windshield installed at the location. I had the best experience the last time. I had my windshield put in. Then brought my bosses personal truck in. Those 2 experiences where amazing from the ladies up front to the nice men that worked on both my and my bosses truck.
