If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Everyone I spoke to was amazing. When I called it felt like I had a million questions, but they were super patient and kind with me and never seemed annoyed. They were able to come out this morning (Dave I think?) And he was incredibly nice. The type of guy you could just sit and have a beer with and talk for hours. He worked fast, got the repair done and it looks great! Because of the size and location of the crack, I didn't think it could be fixed. But they know their stuff and got it done! If you need a repair done, 100% give em a call. They have the best prices and the customer service is outstanding!

Last Friday, my passenger side car window was smashed and my purse was stolen out of my car. I spent all day calling credit card companies, at the bank and finally trying to find a glass company that would come to my house. Preferred Auto Glass was referred to me by my regular automotive service company. When I called, they were extremely sympathetic to my situation and was able to schedule an appointment for me on Monday. The two representatives that came to my house were friendly, explained the service that they would provide and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing automobile glass replacement or repairs.

10/10 recommend this place. Prices were good but more importantly to me was their professionalism and promptness. The kind woman on the phone told me to be there between 8 - 8:30 the following morning. I'm a prompt guy so i'm there by 7:50. Not only were they there but they took my car in at 8 (as she said they would) and had it done before 9. This might not be a big deal to others but with my experiences of people not wanting to work and lack of customer service (at least in the snellville area) this was a breath of fresh air to experience. I had a great experience, the 2 young men that serviced me called me in advance to let me know they were on the way, they arrived on time. They were very knowledgeable about cars and body work that they were able to inform me of other things that were going on with my car that may need attention. It took less than 1 hour and they communicated how to take care of the repair for the next 2 days to ensure that the glass will cure correctly. I appreciated that they were friendly and genuinely card about my car! Thanks preferred auto glass, I will definitely refer them to someone who need that service!

Preferred Auto Glass was absolutely amazing. My car had gotten broken into and my passenger side window was smashed. I called my dealership and they recommended that I get in contact with Preferred Auto Glass. When I called, Stewart was so nice and very efficient. Within minutes I had an appointment made and the same day I called someone came out to fix my shattered window. Unfortunately, I don't remember the man's name who came to fix my car but he was from Ireland, very kind, and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Preferred Auto Glass to anyone!

I was traveling from Charlotte NC to Athens GA to my grandmothers funeral and a rock hit my windshield. I called my insurance company and they referred y’all to me. These guys were super easy to work with and the installers were very pleasant. They allowed me to watch the install process and answered any questions I had. Whole thing took them 30 minutes at the most. Not looking to have to replace another windshield but if it ever comes down to it I'll definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

We had excellent same day service! Not to long ago an idiot broke into my husband’s truck and smashed the whole window out. It was a mess as we discovered this break in before going to work. We called here and got helped right away. We appreciate the time and attention given. Thanks again.
