Scheduled appointment for a Wednesday morning -- 9a. Arrived and checked in for said appointment. Waited for service only to be told the resin was not there to complete chip repair. Advised to return after 12p. I did not. Appointment was rescheduled to 8a the next morning (Thu) by email. I did not go. Decided to give 2nd chance so I called toll free # Friday to ask if Saturday hours were available. The lady who answered didn't answer the question but proceeded to ask about size of chip, etc. Explained that I had already been in shop but no resin and had even signed waiver. She said Tuesday was available. I asked about mobile. Same response (Tuesday). I said I would take my biz elsewhere and hung up. Then I got a text telling me I would be welcome to come in with a range of time on Saturday. I responded that I would be taking my biz elsewhere and would share about not so positive experience. So here it is! Noone nowadays wants to do the work. Everywhere you go you have to wait or get less than stellar customer service. I got my chip repaired Saturday morning by SUPERB WINDSHIELD!! Got my windshield replaced recently and had a great experience working with John and Nathan from the shop. Both were very pleasant, professional, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The installation was done successfully, and so far everything seems to be working well as I will continue to monitor to make sure everything works. There was a hiccup with my insurance. I originally thought I was supposed to get an OEM part, but it turned out that wasn’t clearly stated by the insurance company. Nathan was super helpful and worked with me to offer a fair out-of-pocket price, allowing me to avoid filing a claim altogether. Really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I’d definitely recommend these guys if you need windshield work done.

Nathan was amazing! I explained the trouble I’d been having with Safelite, where something always went wrong each time they tried to fix my trunk windshield. Nathan went above and beyond—he contacted the dealership to confirm the correct part number, called me back as promised, and even added notes in the system with a backup part number in case there were issues. Chris did an excellent job installing my trunk windshield and removing the old glass. Evette was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The entire team here on South Cobb Dr. made sure I was comfortable, even letting me check the windshield before installation to ensure it was the perfect fit. I had the best experience and highly recommend Auto Glass Now and this location’s wonderful staff!

If you ever have a cracked windshield or a cracked window on either side of your car. I highly recommend you take your car to this shop. This shop is the G.O.A.T. when it comes to fixing and repairing/replacing anything glass. That's not even the best part, the best part is that they are extremely affordable. And you won't even have to file a claim with your insurance. In the future, if I ever have another issue with a window. I am coming here immediately. They also have deals at certain times of the year. The only thing is, you have to call and find out for yourself. So please, I urge you. Check this place out and give them a try, you definitely won't be disappointed.

This place was fast and courteous. The estimate never changed, it was almost exactly what my initial quote was. And when I called back with a question they answered and treated me kindly (even after I had paid and left). Hands down recommend over others. The windshield and vehicle looked brand new! I also got a quote from Safellite, and it started at a lower amount but increased after booking for no reason (there was no change in the vehicle and the windshield). I was getting a full replacement from the start because the crack was large. I would not trust Safellite, this place is 1000x better!

Micheal was a gentleman and extremely compassionate..Impeccable service..respectfully attentive and understanding of my frustration at 2 windows smashed in a theft on 2024 Jeep wagoneer...his price out the door was 1/2 of what others were asking for..I'm extremely satisfied and GRATEFUL!! Ms.Kim from the other location was mire than helpful and extremely sympathetic to my situation, she couldn't do the work same day as I needed, she went out of her to find a location that could!@ ALLSTAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!👌

We had our windshield cracked from the recent hail storm and needed to get the windshield repaired. I called Auto Glass Now in Smyrna, and the team was so patient with us. They set up the insurance portion and did everything they said they would do! They were able to get us in the same day I called, which was saving us so convenient and saved us time!! The team stuck to the timeline for completion It looks amazing and we are very happy with the service!

State Farm recommended this shop for my windshield repair and I feel they did a great job! I filled a claim with my insurance and went to have it repaired the same day. Unfortunately when they were trying to repair the chip it cracked and they had a new windshield installed the next day. Everything looks good so far and if I have any issues going forward I will update this post. Would recommend!

I found, Auto Glass Now during a Google search for an alternative to Safelight. Safelight's out of pocket quotes were unreasonably high. I called Auto Glass Now, because of their high reviews, proximity and availability to repair the chip on my windshield. I received great service. The front desk representative and the auto tech explained the service and what to expect. Time & money well spent!

Great place to get a windshield replaced! I have a 2024 Ford E-350 and several places don’t have my windshield in stock. This place did. I went 1st thing in the morning and they got me in and out in a timely manner. Very efficient work! The staff was amazing! Very friendly and attentive! Should I need this done ever again, I know where I will return to!
