ON DEMAND WINDSHIELD REPAIR

I was going to give this guy a 5 star review. Because he was super quick to come all the way to Beaufort same day as I called, and was reasonably priced for the distance. We needed a windshield replaced in our Freightliner ASAP so we could continue to work. He came out, was super nice, super quick. Told me that we had a 1 year warranty for ANY leaks or ANY issues concerning the installation. Installation was Jan 26th 2022. Not even a week later, and the windshield started leaking. Ok. No problem right ? Wrong. I have text and called MANY times, almost to the point of harassment, and I get NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I text him that I was going to report him to the BBB and blast him in a Savannah Trucker FB page. And I STILL GET NO RESPONSE. I haven't yet, but I am going to. This review was the first stop. He made a point to ask me to review him. I got so busy I totally forgot to, but I'm glad that I didn't do it immediately. I just tried to call him AGAIN and no answer. No response. NADA. Maybe this review will get him to contact me ? He seemed cool 🤷‍♀️ I'd try someone else before you try this guy. Horrible Business Etiquette. I am in town and a tree Branch crash my windshield, during the storm. I saw the great reviews, so I was excited to catch the owner on the phone. He placed me on hold, to see if they carried the my windshield. He never came back to the phone. I called him back, three times. Finally just left a voicemail and sent a text. I never heard from him again. A Professional, could have just given me the courtesy of saying they didn't have the part or something. He knew I lived out of town, so I needed someone to fix my windshield so that I could drive home. Very disappointing...

Best price in town! Was mobile and came right to my house to do the work. I was surprised that the both windshields were new and not glass from a used car which is what most insurance companies will do to repair. Will definitely use again and refer to friends and family in the future!

Dude is great! Called him the day before I was going to be in the area, he drove to me. Very patient and willing to work while I was getting loaded. No one seems to do windshields on trucks. If I need another one, I'm going to this guy. I highly recommend him!!!
