I have been dealing with a problem windshield for the past 2 or 3 years in an older model Chevy van. I had two different businesses work on the windshield (replacement) and neither installed it correctly. Both were difficult to deal with as far as scheduling and getting in touch with them. More than one attempt was completed by both companies with the windshield leaking water and having horrible wind noise. I finally gave up and tried a new company and so far I am very glad I did. I called Brown's Auto Glass and they came out the next day. They said they would have it done in about an hour and they had it done in under an hour. After all the trouble I had with the first two companies, they made it seem easy. I wish I had called them the first time. Now I have a warranty on the repair but hopefully I will not need it. The two men who came out were very friendly and professional, making my appointment over the phone was easy. I called Brown's Auto Glass last week to schedule an appointment to replace the windshield on my wife's Ford Escape because the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from was acting shady on repairing a windshield issue that was clearly their fault. Ashley took my call and explained the options that I had after I told her the issues with the windshield. She was exceptional with her customer service and glass knowledge! Fast forward, my wife and I had a meeting of the minds with the dealership we came to an agreement with issue that was their fault with no out of pocket expense for us. Although, I had to cancel the appointment with Brown's, I wanted to recommend their services because of Ashley's exceptional personality and service over the telephone. Ashley is definitely is a problem solver and cares for the customer. If for any reason you need car glass service make sure you give Ashley the opportunity to assist you!

Highly recommend Browns for your automotive glass needs. From your first phone call to their office, until the installation of your windshield, everything is very professional and courteous. Their service is on site and their prices are very fair. Was literally waiting in the parking lot in Savannah at one of their competitors, and was very disappointed in the service I was receiving. I called them and immediately scheduled an appointment. They came to my home on time and quickly removed the old, and installed the new windshield. Gary and Ashley were both on-site and it was a pleasure to meet them. They worked together on my windshield and made a very good team. Would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to my friends, family and to anyone searching on Google. Give them a try, I think you'll have the same experience I did!

I have nothing but great things to say about this business and its owners. They are a small business that operates with integrity and honesty. They are very reasonably priced and will come to your house to replace a windshield. They replaced my windshield in my driveway and were very meticulous with installation. I found them by googling for company’s that provided mobile windshield replacement. I compared to several other company’s and they were the best priced. I choose them based upon price and the reviews. I was not disappointed. They went the extra mile and replaced my windshield wipers (with ones I had already purchased) and removed a parking sticker (intact from the old windshield so I could turn it in for a replacement) at no extra charge. The customer service was top notch. I would recommend to family and friends.

When I say that these guys went above & beyond the call of duty for my service, I mean it. I called Mr. Brown, and he was so friendly, professional, & detailed about everything. They arrived at the scheduled time, & Cody repaired my window in less than 30 minutes. I paid, and they left. An hour later when I went back out to my car, and could not open the driver door. I was freaking out & didn’t know what to do. So I called Mr. Brown, even though it was no fault of their own, they turned around in traffic, just to drive back & help me with no hesitation. Cody came back , fixed my door in less than an hour, and explained to me why my door was doing this & where to get the parts. We had the factory windshield on our 2020 Outback replaced two times in short succession at the dealership. Identical cracks developed without even an obvious impact on the windshield. I called all the big glass repair chains and no one would even answer the phones. Brown's had the specific Pilkington windshield I wanted and even came to our house to install it. Fantastic service and no issues at all with the windshield. Great communication as well. Really wish I'd just used Brown's from the beginning. It would have saved me a lot of money.

!!!!THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! A rock hit my windshield over the weekend and it spider webbed out within days due to the summer heat. They returned my call promptly, was able to schedule within days, and even came to my work to fix it so I didn’t have to call off. They communicated when they were on their way and when they arrived. Truly excellent service. If I could’ve tipped them more I would have. They saved me time, hassle, and money. I’ll be referring them to everyone I know! 😁

Greg and his partner did a meticulous job. I had to replace my car side window after an unfortunate event and they came to replace my window first thing the very next morning with their mobile service. They have a great Covid protocol (could do no contact if desired!) and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. Great, stand-up and honest business.
