Chris came out and replaced my windshield yesterday, he was significantly cheaper then the competition, and also responded a lot faster, his receptionist Cindy was super friendly and attentive to my schedule and she was also available to text instead of calling to set things up which helped a lot with my work schedule. Chris called us about 45 minutes before his arrival, and took care of us like we were family. He was very friendly, professional, and attentive, hell he even took the time to transfer over the oil change sticker for us! I never realized we had a windshield repair service here that would come to you. I called Auto Glass to repair a hole that a flying rock left in my front windshield and I’m quite impressed with their service. The friendly young man was here exactly when he told me to expect him. We had 2 vehicles needing windshield replacement. Chris came out and was able to get me next day service. Cindy his receptionist answered me right away and was very knowledgeable as well and polite. I love that they text. Helps when I can’t always talk on my phone with children running around. My husband was able to get his vehicle back on road for work fast. This company did not disappoint. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! I spoke with Amy over text to get a quote and she answered all my questions and helped me set up an appointment for the very next day. Chris drove out to Statesboro to replace my windshield and finished in less than an hour. He was professional, quick, and so friendly. Their pricing is very affordable compared to other people in the area who were trying to charge me double what Chris charged. I will recommend Auto Glass Service to all my friends and family!

On 06/30/25 Through everything was gonna go good when Chris showed up to my house was friendly my brother in-law had him bring a windshield he brought a front windshield but needed the back one he said he was gonna goto the shop in Rincon to get it waited hours then call and call the number he wouldn't answer mailbox was full txted him no text back or nothing very bad busy will not let anyone i know use him he could at least called and say he couldn't do it got the window done the next day smh...

Chris was great, he answered my questions and concerns. I had a large L-shaped crack in my windshield and he said it was best to just replace it. Luckily, it was covered by my insurance and I was happy they gave me the option to use him, since he is a local business. He even fixed an issue with one of the seals on the windshield. Great customer service when I called, and Chris even called me to see what problems I was having. Safelite was wanting to do a "repair" but it was obvious there was a bigger issue and couldn't be repaired. They were able to order a windshield and come out the next day and have it installed. He came out to my work and took care of business. I always try to support local, and if you want to be taken care of, give these guys a call. You wont be disappointed.

Chris came to my home and bailed me out of a pinch that Safelite put me in today. They removed my windshield then said there was rust (1/2 inch of surface rust) then left. Said I needed to take the car to a bodyshop for repairs first. He took the old windshield with him and left my car sitting out in the wide open with no windshield. Chris came and resolved the issue and did a phenomenal job. I will always call Auto Glass first from now on.
