This place is a joke. I paid my $200 deductible and scheduled a mobile windshield replacement for Friday. Tech was supposed to call at 8 a.m. — nope. Then 11 a.m. — nope again. Finally calls at 3 p.m. to cancel because “it’s raining.” (It was NOT raining where I was.) Fine, whatever, reschedule for Monday. Guess what? SAME THING. No call until late, cancels again. Still no rain. Tuesday comes. He calls while I’m in a meeting, leaves NO voicemail or text. I call the shop to say I haven’t heard from him — he calls back mad, accusing me of making him “look bad to his boss.” Are you kidding me? Then when he shows up, first words out of his mouth: “I ain’t working here — you better move your car.” No “please,” no professionalism, nothing. Over an hour later, I check on him and get “you rushin’ me” when I just asked when he’d be done. Then he tells me he BROKE my rearview mirror — and when I’m understandably upset, his response is, “What you gonna do? Arrest me?” He even BLOCKED me in for several minutes before moving his truck. The shop’s “solution”? “We’ll order a new one and call you tomorrow.” They didn’t. I had to call multiple times, talk to rude and clueless employees, and was without a mirror for THREE DAYS while commuting daily on the highway. No urgency, no accountability, no apology. The ONLY good part of this disaster was Cody, the guy who finally came and replaced the mirror without attitude. Everyone else? Unprofessional, rude, unreliable, and flat-out disrespectful. Save yourself the headache. Auto Glass Now is the WORST. I wouldn’t let them replace a bathroom mirror, much less touch my car again.

Install was fine but very disappointed in wait time and customer service. I was told that an appointment couldn't be made and it was a first come first serve basis. I dropped my car off at 9am and was told it would be a few hours. I called at 230 and they said my car was in the bay and would be done in 45 mins-1 HR. I arrived 1hr 20mins later and my car was still in the garage. I patiently waited for another hour then asked the female behind the counter how much longer and she said "I don't know, we say a minimum of 2hrs once in the bay." I told her I dropped my car off at 9am and when I called I was told it would be 45-1hr. She stated, "we don't say that." I became very frustrated and told her that I don't take kindly to being told I'm lying or making up a statement and she can take that up with her employee. My car was not finished until closing at 6pm and when I got in it, it wreaked of cigarettes which made sense bc workers were constantly puffing on them in the garage. My dash and handles are also very dirty and weren't cleaned or wiped. I will not use this company in the future and would not recommend due to poor customer service and an absurd wait time.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but when prompted by text- figured I'd go ahead. I called to confirm the windshield could be replaced, they had my VIN and knew what was needed. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. the employee was pulling up at the same time. She had to turn on her systems while I waited. Employees should be there before customers arrive at 8:00. I confirmed the day before that it would only take a couple hours and by 2:15 when I had not heard a single update I made a phone call and was told that the windshield they had in stock had a scratch and so new and had to be ordered. That should have been checked the day before. At that point I asked how long it would take this in an hour and a half. Again, after not receiving an update, at 3:45 I called back and waited on hold for 10 minutes to be told the car was being recalibrated and should be done in 30 minutes. My husband arrived at 4:30 and had to wait another hour before receiving the car. The lack of communication and timeliness was very frustrating. Next time I'll just stick with the dealer and pay the higher price.

I had a pretty rocky start with Auto Glass Now. I initially scheduled an 8am appointment on a Tuesday. Due to Memorial Day Weekend, the glass shipment was delayed so I had to come back at 1pm. After dropping my car off I called to check-in on the status at around 4:30pm. Unfortunately, the glass that was delivered was broken and unusable. The receptionist, Emily, was so sweet and apologetic despite my less than stellar attitude at the time. She assured me a new glass had been ordered and that they would have my vehicle ready by 9am the next morning. The other receptionist, Deshauna, was SUCH a sweetheart and very caring. She gave me a discount for the inconvenience and was also very helpful during this experience. The ladies at the front definitely made up for the broken glass and delays. And sure enough, my vehicle was ready this morning at 9am and the new windshield looks fantastic! Thank you Auto Glass Now!

The “first come first served” policy they have is awful and clearly not working for anyone involved. Showed up only 30 minutes after opening at 8 am and checked in. Was asked if I was going to wait there or if I wanted to be called when it was ready. Realized there were a few people ahead of me but was prepared for it to take a while, and didn’t have a ride elsewhere. Sat there for 3 hours before going outside to see that they hadn’t even MOVED my car. Asked what was happening. They said I was next in line but didn’t know how long that was gonna be till they could even start. Then said the actual process of replacing my window pane would take 2 MORE hours after that. I had to Uber away and wasn’t called till 5 pm to hear that it was done. Took over 8 hours to get one window installed. And they never thought to inform me that it would take that long and that I shouldn’t wait there…

Overall a good experience. I have never had to replace a windshield before and reviews for the local Safelite and AGN were not that good. When I focused on recent reviews AGN was much better and I got very good phone support from their office. Safelite runs everything through their 800# and they were no help. I didn't know I had a choice between an after market and an OEM. AGN came out to install the aftermarket but supposedly the aftermarket may have had trouble being calibrated which would cause error messages and some of the windshield based features not to work. Their warranty would not have covered that so I told them to bring it back and make a second appointment for the OEM which cost twice as much. Both installers were very experienced and the installation of the OEM was done quickly and neatly. So far no problems.

They told me to come after 1pm. I came at 2pm and they gave me an estimate of 2-3hrs. I called at 4:30pm they told me be there at 5:30pm. I got there and they had not pulled my car yet. They got to my car at 6pm and I finally left at 7pm. This ruined our last day of vacation. the 2 days prior were already impacted by the loss of our back window being shattered by a rock. Finally got back to the house to load up the kids and there is glass everywhere… seriously everywhere. Our kids could have been seriously hurt. Our 5yr old got in the car and saw it on her car seat. Upon looking further, it was all over the floor boards, trunk space, and in every seat and cup holder except for the front. We vacuumed out the car the day prior so this was new glass they just didn’t bother messing with.

These people need to apologize to the trees for wasting the air they breathe. I dropped off my daughter's car for a windshield replacement. Was the second person in the door. Was told it would be a few hours. No big deal, I called at 1pm was told I'm next in line the rain has slowed them down, I get that too. But to be called 30 min later to say that they can't do the job because there is a gash in the new windshield? I asked if it's still safe and in better condition? I was told they didn't look at the car. Then I was told since they pay full price for the windshield that they will not be willing to help out besides doing it tomorrow if it's not raining. Piss poor service.

The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because they are strictly first come first serve. They don’t do “appointments” beyond setting a date. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the service. I had to have a full replacement window installed, including the removal of my makeshift plastic/duct tape window and vacuuming the remaining shattered glass from inside the vehicle. The work was completed promptly (in less time than the 90 minute estimate) and the service was very affordable (~$100 less than the estimate I received). If I’d been able to schedule an exact appointment rather than showing up before 8AM on Saturday, I would’ve given a full 5 stars.
