Not only did they NOT REPLACE MY WINDOW. They broke the regulator which controls the window from going up and down . The employee they sent didn’t understand what he was doing and also was on the phone the entire time. After placing the new window inside my car it took him about an hour of going up and down with the widow to try and align it ..once that failed he then texted me “we have a problem” and proceeded to tell me the window cut the regulator cord whilst he was going up and down with the window . I’ve contacted the store in attempt to rectify this and they’re manager told me with an attitude” she’s been doing this 20 years she knows what she’s talking abt ”without ever actually seeing my car or even a picture ..I’m highly disappointed with how this turned out and simply took my business elsewhere.NegativePunctuality, Professionalism

Super happy with the service I got. Called Wednesday for a quote, they were the cheapest, didn't charge extra for the mobile service either and was out here 2 days later. The installer, Aaron, he was here during the timeframe given and got the job done pretty quick. Called in for a quote, was told my windshield will be here the next day for install. Next day, address on website is wrong, called the company and they no record of my order. The lady on the phone was very rude and shirt with me and cut me off multiple times. I guess we gonna blame covid-19 for this! Stay away you been warned!NegativeProfessionalism
