Was driving in the express lane this afternoon around 4:45pm and I noticed a Ultimate Auto Glass vehicle riding my rear. Flow of traffic was already well above the speed limit but apparently not fast enough for the driver who's license plate read RYE5698. The gentleman immediately switched lanes when he could so he could pass me. The vehicle easily doing close to 90mph only to find himself riding the rear of someone else. Switching in and out of lanes driving recklessly without concern or consideration or concern for the safety of the other drivers on the road or even the company they are to represent while in that vehicle. This guy is a liability to everyone including himself, company he works for(even if he owns the company), and every other driver on the road. I'm an owner of a Plumbing company myself and if one of my guys drove around like this guy was it wouldn't be for very long cause I wouldn't take the risk on someone who drives like he doesn't care about anyone's safety including his own. As aggressive as he was driving if it doesn't get corrected he'll end end hurting himself or worse someone else. I haven't used this companies services but in my opinion if this guys driving is a reflection of the way the company he works for does business then I would definitely find someone else to do my auto glass. Considering I have multiple fleet vehicles on the road all the time this could have been a company I used but I'll pass.

Scheduled appointment, they gave the specific timeline of 8am-3pm. Told them we had to be somewhere at 5. They said that’s fine, takes a hour to replace and the 30 minutes cure time to complete. Even if they were late, they have plenty of time to complete project. Stayed home from work to meet them to replace front windshield. Got call after 10, after staying home from work, the day of install to tell me they can’t get there till end of the day because they don’t have some of the parts to do the install and have to pick the parts up at the end of the day, making us one of the last installs of the day. They also did not have the 8-3 timeline discussed with the schedulers. They have the parts but did not pick up the parts prior to the install day. Commented they have done this kind of car window install (Ford Explorer)before and they know what clips come and dont come when they order this replacement window so they just didn’t show the attention to details when setting up for the job. They have the parts just not with them to abide by their appointment schedule. So, be aware they will not do things on time even when you have scheduled appointments. Do not trust them at this point to hold up their end of meeting what they say. If it starts bad from the beginning, be aware the rest of what they promise may be untruthful too. I was able to get a quote on the first call but it all went downhill after that. After discussing the claim with my insurance company I called Ultimate back and was told that the person handling my ticket was not available so I asked them to call me back. I called again and left a message a few hours later. Didn't hear anything for 2 days. Called back and was again advised that the person handling my ticket was not available so I asked them if they could schedule an appointment anyway. The appointment was scheduled (at a company that wasn't Ultimate Auto) and I was expecting an email with location details but never got it. Called back the day before the appointment and was told again that the person handling my ticket was not available. I explained that I was tired of waiting for call backs and emails so I cancelled my appointment and ended the call. 30 seconds later I got a call from the person who was not available and they tried to explain that they were sooooo busy with incoming calls. Why continue to bring in new business if you can't efficiently manage the customers that you already have? If you're too busy to return my calls and send information about an appointment I've already made, then will you be too busy to complete my job on time and properly?

Work seems to be done correctly. They had my truck for about 8hrs. I dropped it off at the location they sent me about 8:15am but didn’t see anyone from Ultimate. I catch a lift and pick up my truck about 4:24pm. The Ultimate technician was already gone so the front desk lady handed me my keys. When I open the door the entire drivers side of the truck was really dirty even the seat buttons to adjust the seat was dirty. My carpet was dirty, the side of the truck next to the pedals and the pedals were dirty. The running board was dirty and even the lower part of the door where his feet was hitting while doing the install was dirty. Seems like gloves were not used or any paper was put down on the floor to prevent all the dirt leaving in my truck. The install was done in concrete inside of a shop, so not even sure why his shoes and hands were so dirty. As of right now I have not gotten any written communication for my work done or any warranty information. Ultimate said I would get an email when I booked the appointment, but nothing yet still. Got a call and text about 30mins after picking up my truck saying it was ready. Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of my vehicle and the poor communication.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Got my glass replaced here last fall. This year, a stress fracture appeared on my windshield. I asked a technician at an auto-shop to take a look and he confirmed it was a stress fracture not caused by impact. So I reached out to Ultimate and they sent a warranty tech out to take a look. He informed me it couldn’t be replaced under warranty due to a pin-sized spot that they believed to be an impact. They offered me a discount due to the circumstances. We scheduled an appointment to have the windshield replaced at Subaru of Kennesaw. I called the evening before and asked what time my car needs to be at the dealership, they informed me it should be there by 9am. I dropped my car off at the dealership the evening before my appointment to ensure it would be there on time. I received a call at 9:30am the morning of my appointment to let me know they didn’t receive the glass therefore had to reschedule my appointment. It was a huge inconvenience for me as I had to take time from work to have my car in the shop and had to drive a considerable distance to do so. At this point, I still have to reschedule my appointment to drive back to the dealership and take more time from work to do so. Not satisfied with the lack of communication.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Ultimate Auto Glass and Electronics, and I can't recommend them highly enough! When I needed quick help with my vehicle, Travis, the manager, was incredibly responsive and immediately set things in motion to get me taken care of. A huge shout-out to Shane and Goran who handled the work with impressive speed and professionalism. They were efficient, skilled, and clearly knew their stuff. The whole team worked seamlessly to provide a quick resolution, which was a huge relief. When I contacted my insurance carrier about my broken windshield, they gave me the names of three companies. My first call was to Safelite, where I spoke to someone at a call center who couldn't figure out whether or not they offered mobile service at my location. Frustrated with that experience, I called Ultimate Auto Glass. I spoke directly with the owner, who thoroughly explained the process and assured me they offered mobile service at my location. On the day of the service, the technician called and texted to keep me updated on his arrival time. I spent about 5 minutes with him when he arrived and another 5 minutes when he finished. That's all it took! This experience was great, and I'm glad I chose Ultimate Auto Glass over Safelite. Small businesses rock!

My car was filthy when it was returned to Classic Collision and they had to fix the damage to my inside panels and clean my car. My inside panels are ruined and scratched up. I made a complaint and no one ever followed up and contacted me about the damage to my car. I would never use that Ultimate Glass company again in life. State Farm’s need to drop them and find another company to replace them. The windshield was replaced but the condition that my car was left in was horrific. Especially when I have a luxury vehicle. The fact that I sent their customer service pictures and made a complaint and didn’t receive a call back I would suggest that you find another company to use. I was amazed at the professionalism that the serviceman had along with the courtesy he showed in assessing the problem to my car windshield. He told me that I only had a scratch and a few mini scratches from pebbles hitting my windshield. He told me that it would not ever be a problem. I asked what was the charge and he stated , none. In this day and age I could really appreciate the honesty. He took time to come to my home and because there wasn't a real problem to be fixed, there was no charge. After dealing with Safelite Auto Glass for almost a month, I could not get an appointment with a shop to replace my windshield. I had to locate a shop myself that would replace the windshield. That shop was LAPRADE CUSTOMS in Stuart, Florida. That shop informed me that they would only work with Ultimate Auto Glass. I contacted Ultimate Auto Glass and had the good fortune to connect with Abby. Abby was very professional as well as very friendly. She stayed with the process to replace the windshield until completed, which took less than a week.5 Stars are not enough for Abby. Let’s give her 10 Stars. Thank you Abby.
