I had a large crack in my front windshield and called Xpress Auto Glass to replace it. Before replacing the windshield, I did not have water leaking into my car. After Xpress Auto glass replaced the windshield, I now have water leaking into my car every time it rains and it is damaging the interior. I followed up with them 4 times to fix it over several weeks and they would not accept responsibility. They blamed it on my sunroof drain valve getting disconnected and refused fix it. I don't know if that is true or what the issue actually is, but, I do know that the work they performed on my car caused water to start leaking into my car. I would rather have a cracked windshield than have water pouring into my car all the time. Can someone from management please contact me to make this right? If I don't hear anything back by the end of this week, I'll be filling a complaint with the better business bureau. Please contact me before then Thank you for getting back to me. I'll gladly change my one star review when the leaking issue has been resolved. I understand that mistakes can happen and that's ok, but, when something is damaged on my car in the process of replacing the windshield, there should be actions taken to mitigate those damages. If you don't offer the services to make those kinds of repairs in house, then arrangements should be made on your end. I've had water leaking into me car for weeks since you replaced my windshield and have had to take extra precautions so my interior doesn't get damaged worse. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue. It's May 25th 2023, the issue was never resolved. Management never contacted me. I'm having to fix the issue on my own at my own expense. I should have spent more money with a reputable and responsible company. This company is just sad and I regret contacting them and waisting my time with them.

Xpress auto glass in Roswell Georgia has incredible service, they go above and beyond to help you. A++ experience, breaking the back window on my car was the worst.. definitely an accident I regret.. Xpress saved the day big time.... I feel very confident recommending Xpress Auto Glass for any repair or replacement window/glass on your vehicle.They travel to you and have amazing value and prices for their services. Which is just what is needed during this pandemic. Their customer service is very kind and extremely resourceful with services/parts needed. Swift thorough and safe service. This location did a poor job at replacing my window and with customer service. They did complete the job in less than 30 minutes but there was minor damage to my door panel near my speakers. When confronting the older dark haired woman at the shop about this, she claimed that they “knew about the damage” beforehand. However, they did not document anything, say anything, or take pictures. They had plenty of opportunities in which they should have informed me if this was the case. However, she attempted to blame this on the glass that “must have scratched” the surface when my vehicle was broken into. I took a picture of the door before my 9 A.M appointment and then after from the same position. I’ve also shared a picture from the night of the break-in where the surface by the speaker shows no damage. There is a police report that also states there was no damage to the vehicle aside from the glass when the officer investigated the vehicle. I’m sure they generally do a great job working with their customers and vehicles. I know it’s minor damage caused by the shop but the treatment of customers and the inability to own up to it is what causes me to leave this so you can be cautious with this business.

Kudos to this amazing team and their professionalism. I had just came off the road from NC and I was driving and something hit my windshield. I was so upset and frustrated and as soon as I walked in Bre welcomed me with a smile and was so calming!. She walked outside looked at the damage and was very comforting and assured it could be taken care of. She also went over all of my options. She informed me she had a tech that just arrived and he could get me taken care of. Within 5 minutes Justin came out and was very detail in his explanation and was very professional. I have worked with other glass repair companies and I have never experienced the customer service and professionalism on this level before. When i looked at my windshield you couldn't even see a repair was done because it was as if it never happened. Ended up not needing their service, but will definitely return if I ever do. They quoted a great price over the phone for a small crack in my daughter's windshield (less than half the big name competitor I also called). When we took it in, the tech told us that it actually had been repaired previously (have had the car for 2 years and just never noticed it until a few weeks ago). He checked it out and verified it was a good repair, and also pointed out another chip but said it was surface only and didn't require anything (instead of trying to upsell us on something we didn't need). Super friendly and honest-I'm very impressed even though we didn't need them this time, and I will definitely call them first if I ever do need a repair or replacement.

From the time I first spoke to Becky, it was obvious that customer service was a priority; she took the time to listen and then made a solid recommendation that made sense. The pricing is extremely competitive and the product is outstanding quality. Jeff the installer called to advise on his eta, arriving promptly; he was courteous, pleasant and obviously knowledgeable as he completed the hour or so project effortlessly. He took extra time to clean everything thoroughly and even offered and succeeded at tucking in a nuisance flap of interior liner while the glass was off. Finished product looks amazing!! Today was my third visit to Xpress Auto Glass and they never fail to exceed my expectations! My first visit was when my rear view mirror came off and I tried a self repair that did not work! Jeff jumped right in and did his best to fix it! That repair lasted 2 years. When it was time to replace the windshield I went back. Justin came to my house and did a great job replacing it. Last weekend I got hit by a rock... and again Jeff to the rescue. He buffed it out made it look 100% better. I would not take my car anywhere else! Ms. Trudy Z. recommend Xpress Auto Glass to me so I knew I was in good hands. Ms. BREE was the best, very professional, kind and understanding. I understood the process so I didn't bother her with questions like, is the glass there yet? Most people don't understand that it's a process. Call the insurance, file a claim, get approval, order the glass, get the glass, inspect the glass, make an appointment for you to come in, install the glass, all of these things take time. I needed my windshield removed to replace old molding and have new sealant applied due to wind noise when driving on highway. When I called the office Bree was very knowledgeable about the different causes of water leaks with windshields, sunroofs and draining systems. The pricing was good and she was able to schedule a mobile repair the next day. Devon came to my house and did a GREAT job removing the windshield without breaking it! He was very thorough and aligned all the moldings and weatherstripping perfectly. Definitely going to have them replace my sunroof and blow out the drain tubes. Excellent experience, excellent work and super nice people. Today I had my windshield repaired for $78 at Xpress Auto Glass. I called first, asked questions and they gave really good advice. When I showed up today, I was in and out in like 15 minutes. They looked at a couple of spots and told me one was “road rash” with no repair needed and the other one looked repairable. They did let me know it was possible for it to crack further during the repair and it would be structural not cosmetic. 15 minutes later they pulled it around, repair done and it took me a minute to figure where it was since it virtually disappeared. What a great experience!!
