Short version – Highly recommend. The owner, Sully, is a windshield expert and perfectionist—someone you can trust in this unregulated industry. Long version – After getting a nasty crack on my 2023 Porsche 911, I decided to call a couple of places for quotes. The Porsche dealer was expensive, and Safelite doubled their quote in less than 48 hours before my appointment. After reading the positive Google reviews, I decided to give Empire Auto Glass a call. As others have mentioned, Sully took the time to explain my options and his approach to the work. We agreed on using an OEM-certified windshield that was higher quality but cheaper than the original factory glass. When I showed up for the appointment two days later, the windshield had already arrived and was ready for installation. The installation itself was completed promptly. However, the ADAS camera wouldn’t calibrate despite hours of effort—through no fault of Sully’s. The original windshield on my car was a specialized lightweight Porsche glass, and apparently, the slight difference in thickness was causing calibration issues. Sully gave me a ride home and promised to look into a solution. The next day, Sully went to the Porsche dealer on my behalf to get a quote for the genuine Porsche lightweight windshield, which—no surprise—was extremely expensive. Instead, he suggested retrying the calibration and assured me that if it didn’t work, he would reinstall the windshield using the Porsche part to make things right. Fortunately, Sully was able to sort out the calibration by adjusting the camera bracket. The installation was flawless: perfect fitment, and no mess inside or outside my car. A difficult situation like this reveals the true character of a business owner—his willingness to take care of his customers and his dedication to his craft. Sully confidently and patiently rose above the challenges to make sure both I and my car were well taken care of.

They replaced a passenger window on my Ram 1500 and the front windshield on my wife’s Honda Pilot, and the entire experience was flawless. The service was quick, professional, and hassle-free. I was in and out before I knew it, and my vehicles looked good as new. I'm not one to normally leave reviews, but the experience I had at Empire Auto Glass deserves to be shared. TLDR Version: The service you will receive here is second to none. Communication is a 10/10, Customer Care is a 10/10 and the quality of their work is 10/10. Upon dropping off my car, Sully and his team explained to me exactly what the repair was going to entail. Upon my request, they walked me through the entire repair process & answered any questions that I had regarding the process or products being used. One of my concerns prior to the repair is the possibility of the shop using "less-than" OEM parts for repairs. NOT HERE, don't even think about it. Not only did he show me the quality tests of the product he was going to use, he took time to walk me through the diagnostics report and tell me exactly what I'm looking at and what it meant for the safety of the vehicle. Later in the day after I'd dropped my car off, Sully called me and explained that the part he picked up to use on my vehicle did not meet his standards of quality. To be honest, the defect was so small I probably would've never even noticed it. However, despite this, Sully refused to use it and went out of his way to source a PERFECT windshield the SAME DAY. Upon picking up my car, it was in perfect condition. None of the normal mess you get after you take you car in for repairs, it was perfect. Needles to say, but I've never felt more comfortable behind my windshield than I do now. Sully and his team truly go out of their way to ensure quality work & quality customer service in a very reasonable timeframe. I 110% recommend Empire to anyone needing auto-glass repairs and I'll definitely be using them should I need any auto-glass work in the future.

I know, I'm not an easy customer. Not that I'm demanding something, not for the money. But because, as a perfectionist, I'm getting deep in details, trying to understand what I'm paying for. That is exactly why I feel so happy to be a customer of Empire auto glass. From the very first call, Sully demonstrated an incredible level of knowledge and expertise in any question related to auto glass. That was the moment I decided to bring my car to him. And I can tell - that was the right decision. Attention to details, customer communication, treating car as if it was his own - everything was on beyond than impressive level! What can be better than original OEM glass? Sully know the answer. Have one of the most complex lane assist systems? Not an issue for him! Not sure what will happen to your HUD after glass replacement? Ask Sully! And yes - he doesn't have a fancy lounge (not just yet). But who needs it if the job gets done perfectly?! Yes, it took a little longer, but Sully was updating me all the time. And yes, we have some few minor issues. But Sully did every possible thing he could do to make me happy, as he promised! Let me start off by saying that Sully(business owner) is AMAZING!!! I'd had the rear passenger window of my Jeep busted open by some low-life "pookie" or a jealous resident who called a low-life pookie to do it for them. Anyways, it happened during very early morning hours of Saturday. I'd called about 7 so-called 24 hour mobile window repair/replacement businesses who told me that I'd either have to wait Monday or Tuesday as they didn't have that particular window for my Jeep in stock or their warehouse closed at a certain that day.(why call yourselves 24hours then?!) Next thing I know a man named Sully answers- and out of the kindness of his heart, went out of his way to replace my vehicle ON HIS DAY OFF. His brand new shop wasn't even fully ready yet as he'd just obtained it. He had my particular window in stock which was a surprise bc no one else did. Not only was he very accomodating, but he was personable, very detailed & careful with my baby, explained everything that he was doing and he was fast. He even cleaned out the broken glass in my car. Sully not only replaced my window that same day, his price was reasonable! I'd wished he offered more auto services because I could tell I was in good hands with him. I don’t often leave reviews, but I was so impressed with Sully and his craftsmanship that I had to share. From our first phone call, he clearly explained his process and how it compared to other options. His pricing was also among the lowest after I contacted four other companies. After dropping off my car, Sully called to let me know the part he received was incorrect—but he had already found the correct one and was on his way to pick it up. It’s never easy to tell a customer their car won’t be ready as promised and that the cost might be higher, but Sully handled it with total professionalism. He went out of his way to make the process smooth, even delivering my car to my home so I could still make an afternoon appointment. Not only did he maintain top-notch quality, but he also provided a detailed diagnostic report. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, but Sully and Empire Auto Glass truly delivered. I was referred to them by my regular auto service shop, and I’ll absolutely be recommending them to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement.

I’m not much of a review writer and much less for outstanding service, but Empire Auto Glass truly went above and beyond for me. My Lexus IS250 needed a back glass repair done ASAP. Sully at Empire answered my call immediately, and said even though he was very busy that he could make it work. Gave a quote on the phone and stuck to the quote through the job. The professionalism was second to none. You could tell Sully was highly experienced and skilled with this type of work by the fact of him walking me through everything he was going to do when I dropped the vehicle off. The most exceptional part about the service by far was his commitment. I desperately needed the vehicle back by Wednesday and despite how busy Sully was, stayed in the shop working very late on my car. I can say from experience, there are not many other service providers that can maintain this level of commitment and service. My windshield cracked today, and I honestly can't say enough good things about the service I received at Empire Auto Glass. The person I spoke with on the phone was incredibly helpful, and that amazing level of service continued in person. It's clear this individual truly cares about the quality of his work and, most importantly, his customers. My windshield was fixed flawlessly – it's like the crack was never even there! Combined with their lifetime warranty, it's incredibly reassuring. He's a great guy, knows his stuff, and genuinely cares about providing top-notch work. He clearly loves what he does and goes above and beyond to ensure his customers get the best service in the industry. He even stayed late to help us out and uses some of the best products available. I can’t say enough good things about Empire Auto Glass. My RAM 1500’s front passenger window was shattered by a vandal on the Sunday before Memorial Day. Not exactly a convenient time to need auto glass replacement. I started making calls mid-day, not expecting much, but Empire answered immediately, even on a holiday weekend. Not only did they take the call, they sprang into action. They drove across Atlanta to source the specific window for my truck, then installed it that same day. Fast and professional. It’s rare to find service this responsive, especially on a long weekend when most shops are closed. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, go-the-extra-mile kind , Empire Auto Glass is it. I cannot say enough positive things about Sully (the owner) and Empire Auto Glass. I had my back window broken out a few days prior and I was pretty stressed trying to figure out how I was going to replace it and get it retinted for a fair price. I had been getting quotes from a few shops including the Lexus dealership and when I spoke to Sully he had a wealth of knowledge and expertise that put my stress at ease. He gave me a price well under every other shop I had spoken to, replaced it in 90 minutes the next day, and he directed me to his partner down the road at East Coast Tint who retinted my window the exact same for a great price as well. I will be recommending Sully to every person I meet that needs glass repair done. 5 stars isn't enough.
