Sunnyside Auto Glass

In February 2022, a rock hit and cracked my windshield on my way to North Carolina. I called and scheduled a windshield replacement with Sunnyside Auto Glass in Riverdale, Georgia. At first everything seem to go as planned and the replacement appeared to be of quality but in July 2022 my husband noticed what appeared to be rust colored water seeping from my windshield while he was washing my truck. He recommended that I have it looked at and fixed if needed. Since I live four hours away, I had no intentions of traveling back to Riverdale to have them look at the work. A local technician where I live is mobile and traveled to my job to access the issue. After removing the windshield, he immediately sent me pictures of the damage (which I have attached) done to my truck prior to him fixing anything. Not only was rust accumulating underneath the windshield due to the quality of the adhesive used to mount the windshield, the Sunnyside Glass repair engineer also sliced the headliner of my truck and broke the driver assist camera mount inside the rearview mirror container. These damages will easily cost me $500 to repair. I immediately contacted Sunnyside Auto Glass to inform them of the damages and was told by their office manager to email pictures of the damages to her. I asked for the email address she told me that I could find it on their website which I did not find and I had to call back and ask for it again. After finally getting the email and sending photographs of the damages, I did not heard back from them. After noticing that I forgot to include the invoice for the repairs here in Valdosta, I decided to send a follow up email with that as an attachment to check in. After not hearing anything from them again, I called the office where I was met with a hostile tone and attitude from the office manager about my concerns and told that the images of the damages, in her opinion, did not warrant a claim and she did not share them with the owner. She also stated that I had not heard from anyone because I did not include my contact information in my email which I found to be strange since that information was provided at the time of my appointment. She also stated that she is not allowed to respond to emails sent to them which I also think is ludicrous! As a result of all of this, I requested for the owner to call me himself to discuss my claim and concerns. After making this request and making her aware of her tone, she then accused me of making her feel uncomfortable and nervous. I never once raised my voice and remained calmed the entire time. Thank goodness for their recorded line to support that claim and my coworker who was in the car during the conversation. As of now, it has been over 24 hours since that conversation and I have not heard from the owner yet! Installation was great, but they failed to give me my $10 discount after promising it in exchange for a Google review. I spent around 15 minutes drafting and writing an exceptional review, and after I posted it, they informed me that they couldn't provide an additional discount due to the repeated customer discount they had already given me. This situation left me feeling unjust and disappointed with their marketing approach. Considering my time is valuable, as I charge $700 per hour for real estate consultation, this wasted time frustrated me enough to alter my initial wonderful review to this one. After a rash of Friday night break-ins in ATL hotel parking garages, my car was one of the victims. Trying to find a company open on a Saturday willing to repair my window was a challenge, Sunnyside Glass North was open and extremely communicative. Sunnyside was the ONLY auto glass repair business willing to get the job completed on a Saturday ( I called 7 companies) Steven got the job done in record time AND was $750 less than SafeLite Repair. Safelight's quote was not only higher, but was not available to repair the window for 6 days! If you are in need of auto glass service, do NOT hesitate to call Steven at Sunnyside Glass North. So this place is amazing! My hood flapped back and crushed my whole entire window because i had a dent on the top of my roof no windom company wanted to touch my car! As soon as i pulled up before i could even say anything that shut me down! But not Sunny side Glass North! They guy came out saw me stressed 😩 he did mention that my dent may be a problem but he would try for me! Thats all i needed and wanted to hear! The service was speedy and extremely professional. The technician Curtis noticed a crack on my other vehicles windshield caused by a rock. I’ve never even noticed it until he pointed it out to me. So I had to immediately get it repaired with my other vehicle. The prices at Sunnyside was fare and very affordable. The local competitors stood no chance. This is by far, the best experience I’ve had at any auto repair company. The service was prompt, they took my appointment within two hours of calling. When arriving, I walked into a very clean and professional environment. They were prompt! No haggling, no run arounds, and most of all where they are located is very secluded. They had my paperwork printed and ready to go, took 1.5 hours to repair my windshield. I will be returning for additional services because I support Black owned businesses! After sitting for an hour and a half at Auto Glass now(they made me an appointment in advance but failed to mention it was first come first serve), I called around hoping to find something helpful that same day and this place was so accommodating. They pulled my car to the garage at the scheduled time, took them maybe 45 minute to complete, and I like the staff they were relaxed but professional. Sunnyside Auto Glass was amazing. From the customer service to the outstanding work! The lady that gave me the quote was so patient and kind, as i’m a out of state college student, so I had to keep calling back to relay the information back to my dad. Fast-forward to the day of my appointment. I pulled up at the time of my appointment, and they were immediately ready to work on my car, as soon as I hopped out. All in all, amazing service. I would recommend them for all auto glass repairs!

Came in for 1 rear window tint on my impala due to all others already having tint on them the one window needed tinting due to being broken out and replaced however the guy tinting my window informed me he could not get the lines out the tint has bubbles in it due to the results of the tinting and having to go elsewhere to have it removed and tinted properly the best deal I got out of this visit was not having to pay for the service I won't recommend this facility to anyone that I know.

My mom window motor went out and needed to be fixed. We originally took her car to terry cullmen Chevrolet dealership and they wanted over $700 to fix it or $185 for diagnostic fee. They are rip offs. We found Sunnyside and they quoted us $285 and scheduled our appointment last Friday. We got there and he said give them 30 mins. They was done 15-20 mins.
