Auto Glass Now

I was scheduled to come here for a window replacement. I was told my window would be ordered on Saturday and I can come in on Monday-Friday from 8-12 to get my window replaced. Monday I called to verify if the window had been ordered and apparently It had not. So i had to be rescheduled. Okay cool. When I get to the location and walk in the door all I see is clutter. The lady asked my name and appointment time so I’m thinking she is signing me in. Then tell me to wait in my car and a tech will come get me. Clearly she never signed me in. Do you know I waited for 45 min before someone realized I was a customer that needed help. Frustrated as i was I continued to wait. After about 1hr I was then help. After replacing my window they realized that the window they gave me had a defect and I would have to schedule a time to come back. Now I’m in disbelief that not only have you wasted my time I could never get back but you’re asking me to come back. Understanding as I was I came back 2 days later @7:45am as they requested. Why was there only one employee working when I got to my appointment. He had to call and wake his homie up to get to work. So you tell me to get here at a certain time only to play with my top and waste more of my time. To also mention it took 3+ hrs and they had no working bathroom for customers. I don’t know which is worse. Not having a bathroom for customers or walking over to quick trip nasty, disgusting and unsanitary pot hole of a bathroom. Oh I’m headed to do a review over there as well. Needless to say my window did not got repaired after wasting countless hrs. I believe If I would’ve went with the higher priced companies I would have gotten better service. Never again I tell you! Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service BAD BAD BAD. 2nd window they put in still doesn’t fit.

They deserve a negative one star for my experience! I went here against better judgement simply because they quoted a much cheaper price than Safelite Auto Glass, and seemed professional over the phone. I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced never been to this shop. They replaced my windshield and caused a significant amount of damage to my 2016 Infiniti QX80, which was much worse than the small windshield crack that I came with. They admitted that the technician had never replaced a windshield like mine, and he was completely rough with my vehicle. They damaged my front panels, windshield is not in correctly, and damaged all the molding surrounding the windshield! I am livid. They admitted their "mistake" and that they would take care of it. Well, after 3 days they are still making excuses. My truck is significantly damaged and was not like this before I came here. I went here despite my better judgement after seeing their shop, and got burned as a result. I have a $70k with significant damage now and a broken heart. I will be suing for damages and have they shut down. What they did is inexcusable and should not have happened! The manager promised to call me and repair for two days and has not. DO NOT GO HERE! The manager, Joel is rude and a LIAR! When you need answers, they just keep putting you on hold and then come to the phone only to make excuses. Do not trust anything that they say because they are liars! They should have admitted they did not know what they were doing instead of damaging my vehicle. So unprofessional!

Unfortunately, someone broke into my car and I had to have my driver's rear window replaced. I called a few other window glass installers and ended up going with AutoGlassNow...which is located in Riverdale, GA. My reasons in deciding to go with AutoGlassNow...are... my first interaction with the lady with whom I spoke to on the telephone was a positive and friendly attitude and she also offered me a $25 coupon off my total charges....which was a great incentive. Next...the technician who worked on my car was very skilled and patient. Apparently, a bmw that has the factory installed window shade is not as simple as a car that doesn't have it installed...but, hats off to the tech...he did what he had to do and got it done. Gave a quote over the phone and the company that showed up started by saying they weren't going to do the second vehicle. Told me I needed to reschedule it. Technician did not clean up without being forced. I swept and he put his vacuum up 5 times leaving glass on the ground. Left glass in my driveway and over 1 pound in my back hatch door. Refused to do second vehicle because the quote was too low. Auto Glass now listened to what I had to say and said my total back to me. Never using them again. I shouldn't have to do 2 hours of work to clean up after their technician. Didn't clean the glass and was in a rush to leave. I would've taken the vehicle somewhere if they weren't going to do both.

I got my truck windshield replaced by auto glass now twice the first was a few months ago at the Snellville location in Atlanta and that guy was quick, neat and even cleaned the print off the window inside and out, the second a few weeks ago at the Riverdale location and I wish I would have went back to Snellville. The guy at the Riverdale location rushed, tore weather striping and left a mess. To top it all off it rained recently and now water gets into my truck. I don’t really to take my truck back for them to fix it. I don’t think it fair to take it to the location that performed the services properly to have him to fix someone else’s work so I don’t know what I’m going to do.

I needed my Windshield replaced on my ford f250. After my research I decided to call Auto Glass. Reached customer service and Michael answered. Amazing customer service. He right away helped me out, set me up with an appointment the next day. I knew that I had an estimated time where the installer will arrive, that was fine with me. The installer arrived at my house, I can not tell you enough how fast and professional he was. He had my Windshield replaced in 30 minutes. The cost was a friction of what other's was going to charge me. When you need your Windshield replaced or repaired, don't look any further. Auto Glass is the place!

The first time they told me my camera fell and broke they said it was loose but if was loose I would have knew it because my lane change would have not been working. It was not broke when I took it. I had to take it back because thats who was approved to fix it. So I took it back for them to put the glass in and they have finger prints stains in my door upholstery. I left there shop and went straight to Infiniti where they took pictures of the upholstery. They fix my husband windshield years ago and did a great job . I do not know if they have new workers or what but the service was not the sameServicesAuto windshield repair

Found them on google they had good reviews and I can see why. I called and the person who answered was very informative and polite when I asked for a quote.I Called back later and she set me up to get my windshield replaced for the very next day all for a very good price! Next day the technicians arrived at my house they were knowledgeable, polite, and sympathetic. They finished everything within 40 min. Super quick.They cleaned up all the broken glass in my car too. I experienced something very unusual for the first time on Tuesday where I have 2 windows to replace in my car. A friend recommended them to me. I booked the appointment and arrived today!
