L & M AUTO GLASS

12:51pm on a Wednesday afternoon. called first at 12:20 & again now.. can't get them to answer the phone. would have been nice to find something local rather than outsourcing to chattanooga. but they can't answer the phone so they must not want the business.. very unprofessional. edit: left voicemail & they called back. updating from 1star to 3 after calling around, they did not have the BEST price. about the third best out of 8 or 9 places that i called, they also do not offer mobile repair. however they are the closest, and i can't drive the car very far with a busted windshield due to convenience i'll utilize their services however with price being factored in & lack of mobile repairs being factored i believe the 3 stars is more than generous. infact.. they don't have glass in stock, it must be ordered. they didnt answer the phone the first 2 times i called, they were more expensive than not 1 but 2 other places that i called (with less to offer) and they do not do mobile repairs at all. i will update to 2 stars as they are still providing a service. however factoring the variables i mentioned above.. 2stars is still rather generous

I had never used L&M before but this morning I had what looked like a crack in my windshield and a problem with one of my windows. I assumed I was about to spend some money, but they told me the crack was just a scratch on the inside and wouldn't spread. Then Jerry sprayed some silicone spay on the window track and it worked perfectly. No cost! He easily could have charged me and I would have been happy to pay. Jerry did an excellent job on my window. I stopped in the afternoon hoping to get my windshield put in that day. He already had another job, but he ordered the window, picked it up on his way back, gave me a call and then put it in. I watched him put it in and he is very professional and his has an excellent warranty. Definitely where I will take my vehicles from now on. Also he is a really nice fella, we had good conversation also.

I first went to ask about a bulls eye Crack on a new to me car. The owner was very kind and explained the bulls eye had been previously repaired. He treated me so well I returned when I needed my windshield replaced. I had a new windshield installed. I was pleased. When I caught a rock on the new windshield, he repaired my bulls eye. I have been pleased and will return again.

Had gotten a crack in my windshield and called around to see who had the best price. They charged me $100 less than safelight was going to. Called and left a message on a Friday when they had already closed. Got a call back first thing Monday a.m. Scheduled the day for them to take care of it and got my car back in 2 hrs! Great service

Great service! First of all, they responded quickly and with a great price. I dropped my Jeep off at 9 a.m. they called me by eleven to let me know that I had a bad rust issue around my windshield frame and sent me pictures of the damage. They offered to sand it and prime it and did so at no additional charge! BOOM! Great service!

This is a great company to do business with. They've done several vehicles for me and I've always left happy and satisfied. Give em a try . You want be disappointed and they also have really great affordable prices. I'm very proud to know and do business with them.

Friendlyy service, fair prices and cant beat their sweet dog, she's best sales getter. Checked around chattanooga area they wete lowest proced and best reviews. Had vehcle back within 2.5hrs, quick work. Highly recommend! Can't get no better than small town service

Just bought a new truck and on our way home with it had a small rock hit the window. Saw this place and stopped, what a great business this is, everyone there so friendly. The owner got right on it and we were so pleased. If you need quality work go to these folks
