I do not usually leave reviews, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business. I had to get my windshield replaced on site so it could be calibrated. The answering service was very professional when scheduling and I was told that someone would call within 24 hours to set up a shuttle. I was told the shuttle moves people or the car. No one called within that time so I called back. I was told I could be dropped off at home if I drove my car to the shop and picked up so I could drive my car home. I was lied to about there being a shuttle service to drop me off at home while I waited for the work to be done. The owner offered to drive me in her car, but didn’t offer a way for me to get back to the office so I could drive my car home. I was never told that the technician broke my rear view mirror until I checked out the car for myself. If I wouldn’t have pointed it out they would’ve just let me with the cheap replacement the technician put in. They did get the factory part and replace after I requested it to be replaced. I had to wait at home for several hours after they finished their other jobs so they could come and put the mirror on. The owner said she works in the front office so she didn’t know that the mirror was broken when she was in the back with technician for the majority of the time the work was being done. The young lady by the name of Jc which I believe is not her name was very rude. I setup a appointment yesterday and advised her to check the weather to make sure work could be done, but she never checked. So I get a call today that I may have to meet them ( there service comes to you ) which I wasn’t going to do. If I was informed this before I would have chosen another company. Then on top of that she hung up on me 3 times refusing to give me company name after I was upset about issue. Then she calls back in nice tone to give information saying the phone was messed up that’s why she hung up on me 🤨. But I did find a company that can support my needs in any weather.

My son car was broken into and I called them. They put the glass in and 2 days later his window didn’t work and I looked at his window glass and it was a 2016 model instead of the 2018 model I paid for . I then called them to tell them that the window didn’t work properly. The person who answered 5he phone stated that they were not to blame for his window not working properly. I then stated that the window was working before they call themselves fixing it. She stated that they were not going to touch his car. Very bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemies. Lesson learned next time I will use SafeLite.

I have had an amazing experience with this company. Awesome same day service. My back windshield shattered while i was leaving work. I left my vehicle at work and found a ride home. They even went the extra mile and met me to pick up my key to the vehicle. Go all the way to my job to repair my windshield. The young lady that walked me through the process was very professional, determined, and she made the experience so amazing. I would definitely recommend using this company for your service needs. I wish I had an after photo. Needless to say, Jamie and team did an awesome job on my husband’s pickup truck. It seems the heat may have caused the glass to shatter? I called Jamie in the morning and they went out of their way to come over and repair the glass within hours even though we live out of their service area. Job well done. I called two different company's and they told me they could not get glass to replace my windshield until the following day. To be fair it was 7pm. I called Auto Glass Leaders they said give them a few minutes and they would call me back, within five minutes they called me to let me know they had located a windshield and were on there way. There workmanship is excellent, the costumer service exceptional, I would recommend to everyone, really impressed.

I had my rearview window shatter completely the day before yesterday on my 2002 Honda CR-V and was not able to find anyone to help me. I had a coworker praise Signature and recommend them to me and I gave them a call and they were able to not only help me today (the day I called them) but they were quick and efficient. I will trust no one else and will recommend them with honors. Thank you so much for the service! I appreciate you more than you know!

Very unprofessional, I was supposedly on schedule for a mobile window replacement and was told that someone would be at my home between the hours of 10am-2pm. That was supposed to be yesterday and still haven't received a call or anything, today is Wednesday! Do better please, a customer shouldn't have to call and follow up when you have clearly told them they are on schedule. Whole day was held up yesterday basically for nothing.

We had someone to break into our daughter's car, When she was at the park and we called Signature. I am so thankful they answered because we called after hours. Thankfully her window was in stock! They got her in first thing the next day and did an amazing job. The window looks like new again! Great service and prices! Hopefully this doesn't happen again.But if it does we know where to go and tell our friends Thank you again!!!

I had my windshield repaired from a small rock hitting it and causing a small nick that looked like it was going to spread if it wasn’t fixed. Faye and Byron came out the next morning and fixed it on the spot! They were very professional and quick. It was fixed within 30 minutes!
