I recently had my windshield replaced at Low Price Auto Glass NORCROSS, and let me tell you, it felt like hitting the jackpot—minus the cash and with a lot more glass. As a brand-new car owner, I was facing the challenge of replacing the windshield that the previous owners managed to avoid. I called for a quote, and the representative gave me an address and a price that was at least $200 less than the other guys. Given that I was paying out of pocket, that felt like finding an extra fry at the bottom of the bag. When I showed up, I had to wait about 20-30 minutes, which gave me just enough time to contemplate my life choices. But once it was my turn, Sammy took over and went above and beyond. He was super humble and even offered to drive my car into the shop for me, which was a godsend since my parking skills are more “crash test dummy" than "driveway precision." The whole replacement took only 30-40 minutes, and he advised me to avoid washing my car for two days (rain is fine). Sammy turned a stressful situation into a breeze, and I’m thrilled with my new windshield. If I ever need windshield services again (though I hope not 😭), I’ll definitely come back here. Highly recommended!

Wow. Someone broke in my car. The window was broken. I spoke to Sal on a Sunday, I got a quote for $225, including the labor. He was nice and very patient. I call on Monday before heading out and got just to make sure, I asked what would be the quote again. He said $225. I drove in, 9:55 and sat down....within 30 minutes, the guy had already had my car ready and pulled to the side. Sal's favorite thing to say is, "I got you." Lol, they aren't perfect but they try. I don't know what everyone is talking about with the negative reviews, but I give respect and got respected in return. I had to pay for tax and so my full total was $231.90. My window matches all my others and looks like nothing ever happened. I'm very please. Hopefully I won't have to come back but I will if someone ever decides to break into my car again. My passenger side front door power window wouldn't roll up. Stuck open. It was Saturday morning. Most places were closed or only open until noon. I called Low Price Auto Glass and the man who answered told me they are open until 5:30pm on Saturday. I explained my issue and he said "Come on in my brother. We will take of you." When I got there it was very crowded but he said "Don't worry. I got you". And true to his word he replaced the window motor after only a couple hours. I recommend Low Price Auto. Glass to anyone needing windshields, windows, window motors, glass tinting, etc. As I walked out the door I said to the man behind the counter "Thank you my brother".

Sam is the most respectful and kindest associate I’ve ever experienced in this lifetime. I was in desperate need to get my window fixed after my car was broken into. I called and Sam told me to come into the shop, not only is this establishment open 7 days a week (How convenient), but my car was fixed in under 30 minutes on, the same day. Everyone here is so kind and it is such a homey environment. There is excellent one-on-one communication with the people servicing your car, so any questions you have can be answered on the spot. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. If I ever need another car service, I will be sure to come back here immediately.

this is the best glass replacement shop I’ve ever been to. The service is amazing the workers and boss treated me with kindness and were super friendly even when extremely busy! Also the pricing is awesome as it says in the name “low price”. I’m so grateful for Sam and Sal for helping me fix my front windshield they’re open 7 days a week EVEN ON SUNDAYS!!! I was in and out within 45 minutes so glad that it went by so fast! There shop is always busy but they always make sure to get cars in and done even if it’s a walk in unlike other places where you might have to wait weeks to get your car fix! Why wait when you can go to Low Price Auto Glass!!!

This is a small, family-run shop with some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Sam and Sal were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help me. When my car window was smashed, I called them in a panic and they told me to come right over. They had it fixed in just over an hour. I also needed tints and a few other things done, and they connected me with people they personally trust. I couldn’t be more thankful. Sadly, broken car windows are all too common in Atlanta, but I’m grateful to have found a place like this that’s ready to help.

I’ve never experienced the immaculate customer service I received today at this facility. They were extremely fast and provided the best service I’ve ever seen. They are truly known for their low prices, but it wasn’t the lowest price for my window. But for the customer service I received, I’ll always come here for my window or windshield replacement needs. Service was excellent. Price was very competitive. I chose them because of the positive Google reviews during my search for auto glass repair companies and the reviews did not disappoint so I came to add my positive feedback as well. Sal, Sam, Joe and the team are very knowledgeable and professional and my car was fixed less than 60 minutes tops from the time they started repair. They had my 2023 part in stock and a waiting area while they fixed my damaged windshield.
