I had an appointment that was set up ahead of time with Auto Glass Now on Washington Rd in Augusta yesterday morning at 8 am. I was needing a new Tahoe passenger window- mine was shattered. I was assured when the appointment was being set up that they had the right type of glass,even gave them the make, model and type of glass. The person on the phone even went to the back and “checked”. When I got to my appointment at 8 the door wasn’t even unlocked on time. Once inside I waited around 30 maybe 45 minutes for them to even pull my car to the back. Not to mention one of their workers came from the back to the front desk and was VERY obviously nodding off from a substance. - which was very unprofessional and disturbing! I didn’t say anything about that because I was trying to get serviced and leave . - 10 minutes after waiting for the car a worker comes out and says they don’t have the right type of glass. The lady “Teesha (very nice) at the front desk told me for my inconvenience that they would have it done at my house the next day between 8-9 and would scrap $30 off. Fast forward to now- they were a no show. I tried to call the place and was put on “hold” and then hung up on. Then later on was given a response that the company didn’t deliver the glass after my appointment time and that the office wa under construction so they “couldnt” call . Customers should not have to reach out to a business about a set appointment and communication needs to better because I’m pretty sure everyone that works there has a cell phone. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. They were not punctual and did not follow through. In my eyes this was a very unprofessional experience.

My appointment was at 3:00. The lady behind the counter told me it would be about an hour. About 4:00, I went outside to take a phone call and saw they hadn’t even taken my car back yet. That was disappointing. Surely, they knew how backed up they were and just chose not to say anything. They could improve their waiting area (plastic chairs) or customers could plan on dropping off their vehicles. I wish I had. I was uncomfortable. When they brought me the keys, they said, “You know your car door is broken? They had to roll down the window to get the door open (to get out).” It seems like they would have mentioned that before they started working on it instead of after they were done…??? I told them it was fine when I arrived and I hoped they had cameras that caught how I exited the vehicle, on their property. We went out there together and the door opened ok for me…not sure what happened back there. However, it was clear, they were very defensive and not about to accept responsibility for any damages. It turned out alright ~this time. But, I also think this is how they would handle a similar situation in the future (with lasting damages). In the end, I do have a new windshield, the price was the same as what I was quoted on the phone and they didn’t try to sell me anything else. I appreciated that.

I have had an awful experience since the moment I walked in the door for my 8:30 appt got here about 8am all the staff was in a quick morning meeting. Nobody returned to the lobby till about 8:25 checked my car in finally was asked if I'd be waiting I said yes stood there awkwardly for a few secs to realize I had been dismissed. Sat in the car for about 25 mins Noone ever came to get the car so I walked across the street at about 10 received a call thay MY car was ready. Just to run across the street to be told that they had completed the service on the wrong vehicle and it was an "honest" mistake because they were the same make and model!! The receptionist that told me this then got up and stormed out as if she was made that I was upset. After already waiting the almost 2 hours I was initially told, to be told that I'd have to wait an additional 2 hours!! If you want to waste an entire day this is the place you should go!! I have done business with this company at the old location with great service so I figured in time of need I'd revisit but NEVER again!!

The Auto Glass Now office called me to work with me on my preferred home visit. The Glass Specialist called me that morning to confirm our schedule time. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about his job. He was very kind and friendly showing me a lot of respect. He explained the process of the glass work and allowed me to watch. I only had a small chip that appeared to be from a hail storm on a vehicle I purchased through Carvana. He completed the task in less than an hour. He cleaned up and told me if I have any problems to call the office and he will be willing to come to correct anything I was not satisfied with. I was completely satisfied. I did not know Martinez had a mobile auto glass repair system. Nice to know we have options. Thanks for a great job. I am very pleased with your service.

Honestly the only bad experience is the customer service from the girl at the desk. She put me on hold for 25 mins, (i took this ss before i forgot😂) I hung up and called back & I told her she had me on hold & she just said “what are you talking about” like i was crazy. She’s straight up rude, I think that if you’re not a friendly person you shouldn’t be working with people as a receptionist. She was on the phone with someone while I was in the lobby & she put them on hold and said she was about to cuss them out, which is wild🤣 It just hurts the business. I wouldn’t recommend the place just because of her, truthfully if i’m giving a business my money i expect good customer service and a good job on the work. Which until now I have no complaints on the work done.

Meagan and Teesha were exceptional! They demonstrate impeccable customer service and handled all customers with the utmost respect while caring for the needs of phone service and technician questions. I witnessed a phone conversation that was handled with the most respect and in a timely manner however the caller felt as if they were entitled above other customers. The complete lack of awareness on the phone callers part led to them asking for a manager, which was highly uncalled for and yet still the staff handled the situation with reverence and grace. And on top of it the caller had the wrong company initially but Auto Glass Now won the client over and scheduled a repair. I think this speaks volumes to the staff and professionalism from this location.

We had to take our truck over and wait on it and the nice lady behind the counter told us we could eat breakfast over at the Lexus dealership across the road and we went over there and it was very good breakfast and we thanked her for the advice and then called one time to check on our vehicle and the guy said it would be about 12 o’clock when he got it finished and our appointment was at nine and he’d been working on it since then, they had to take the whole back out glass out and it was electric sliding glass and anyway it was very good experience. We got over there about noon and they had it finished and that was it.

We were on a guys golf trip to the Master’s and a rock from a work truck bounced off the truck and shattered my windshield. We were 6 hours from home and not able to drive a long distance in that condition. A competitor was not able to get the glass. But Teesha stepped up and made it happen. My windshield was replaced, looks fantastic (like it never happened) and the even cleaned up the glass from inside my vehicle. Would highly recommend, outstanding service and quality work. The customer service was good, but my windshield doesn’t look to be seated properly in the frame. Questioned the tech about this and he did not seem to have a good answer or solution. Seems the job was rushed and attention to detail was a bit lacking in my opinion. Now the rubber seals around my windshield are not seated around the top corners of the windshield either. He was concerned with me being a happy customer, but offered no solutions to doing a proper job on my windshield. I am not happy with the job overall. I expected better.

This company was very professional and patient. I had an issue with a cracked windshield. The crack was from the edge of the driver side edge of the windshield and stretched to the middle of the passenger side of the glass. Even though the crack was long, the job for an older model Corolla only took about an hour and it was time for me to check out. This business has reasonably priced services and they get the job done in a decent time range. You won't be disappointed. 🙂
