Xpress Auto Glass

My windshield on my Corvette had countless small imperfections from rocks & other debris hitting it & one small crack in the corner of the windshield. I spent a lot of time researching which auto glass place to use to replace my windshield. I was worried about the quality of the work & the care of my car & it being done right but finally decided on Xpress Auto Glass due to the outstanding 5 star online reviews. So I called & made an appointment & was told due to the complexity of doing the Corvette windshield it would need to be done at their location so I went & dropped the car off at the Marietta location. I met Jay there & he explained everything in detail and assured me that they would take good care of my car. The car was finished exactly when Jay said it would be done & the workmanship is beyond reproach! I don't believe it left the factory in this good of a condition! Berry & Robbie did an OUTSTANDING job!! If you need your windshield replaced, there is only one place to take it & that is Xpress Auto Glass! Their Customer Service & attention to detail cannot be surpassed! I cannot speak highly enough of this company! In all honesty, this company needs to be rated 10 stars out of 5! Thank you again, Jay, Berry & Robbie!!

Excellent service and quality from start to finish. My 2018 Audi Q5 got a cracked windshield within the first few weeks of ownership (<700 miles). Xpress got my windshield ordered and it took a LONG time, but it was because the Audi dealer had to source the part from Germany. David and Tammey kept me in the loop the entire way through. When it finally arrived, they arranged their schedule to have their master technician Berry come out the next morning. Berry was fantastic. He was friendly and personable and took great care in ensuring my car was back to showroom ready. He even showed me a few things about my car I hadn't even had time to learn yet. Highly recommend these guys. I had a bad experience with the 'safe' glass installer, but going forward - I will only use Xpress.

Berry & Robbie did a fantastic job in replacing our front windshield! Unfortunately we had let the crack grow so it was no longer repairable. They were very professional. Arrived on time within the provided time range. Were very efficient in completing the job, and very helpful in explaining the lifetime warranty. Becky, the representative that helped me schedule the appointment was also very professional and helpful in confirming the type of windshield I needed and ensuring it was completed within my needed time frame. Price also ended up being cheaper than originally quoted! First time that has every happened with car work! Overall, very happy! Definitely recommend Xpress Auto Glass. She went above and beyond to make sure my windshield replacement was done flawlessly. Not only was the work completed with expert precision, but the team also took the time to answer all of my 500 questions and explain everything to me. These guys had the best price that I could find in my local area. They did a great job in explaining all my options for a window replacement. When it came to installation Berry was my technician together we figured out how the window broke, he explained what he was going to do and then he set off to get it done. It was cool to see how fast he could work and still hold a conversation with me. He explained some dos and do not with the replacement. He explained the warranty. Berry also gave me a recommendation to get the tent redone it was all very helpful. I am going to be calling them here again soon to get more glass on my other car. I don't need quotes from other places since I found xpress.

I needed a back passenger side window on my Wife's VW Golf. I looked around online at the larger companies and everything was at least a week out. I called Xpress Auto Glass and they were able to come out the same day to my location and replace the glass. The tech Robbie was very professional and nice. He was easy to talk to, quick, and clean. Robbie vacuumed out as much of the original glass as he could and noticed that I had dogs. He made sure to let me know that a professional detail would be a good idea so my dogs did not end up with any glass in their paws. I will use this company exclusively and recommend them to anyone that needs quick, professional service at a great price.

This place is amazing. The local Lexus dealership quoted over $2400, another highly rated glass shop quoted over $1200. Xpress Auto Glass on Windy Hill Rd. in Marietta, GA quoted $580. This included recalibration of all the electronics. The other two places wanted more to do this that the total quote at Xpress Auto Glass. I scheduled a next day appointment. Expecting the total to change, I took my car in. Very friendly staff. No surprises. Great quality work. We have another vehicle that has had a small crack in the windshield for years. I took it in the following week and had them replace it also. I highly recommend this shop for glass replacement.

Fantastic service! I waited a few weeks before writing this review in case any problems arose after my windshield replacement. Happy to say I've had zero issues and the glass quality is better than what came with the car. Scheduling an appointment couldn't have been easier and I had Daniel at my house the next day right at 9am. What's impressive is that he completed the installation by himself in around 35 minutes and it's flawless! I will ABSOLUTELY be using Xpress Auto Glass again and will happily tell friends/family to use them too. Cheapest price I could find, fast/friendly service, and perfect outcome. I feel like 5 Stars isn't enough...

I had a very disappointing experience at Xpress Auto Glass on Windy Hill in Marietta. Ashland was extremely rude and treated me like I was going to skip out on my bill — an assumption that felt racially motivated and completely uncalled for. As a professional in the car service industry myself, I value customer respect and fair treatment. What I experienced here was the opposite. I will never recommend this shop to anyone — not even my worst enemy. In today’s world, every customer deserves equal and respectful treatment, regardless of race. That basic principle was clearly ignored here.
