Upon contacting Prime Tyme Auto Glass, I was pleased to learn that they offered same-day service. Unfortunately, due to my prior commitments, I could not avail of the same-day service. Nevertheless, the team at Prime Tyme Auto Glass accommodated my schedule and arranged for the windshield repair to be done promptly. Yesterday, the skilled technician from Prime Tyme Auto Glass arrived at my location and efficiently repaired the windshield within a remarkably short time frame of under 1 hour and 30 minutes. The quality of workmanship was exceptional, and I was impressed by the swift and precise manner in which the repair was carried out. I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing offered by Prime Tyme Auto Glass, making the entire experience not only convenient but also cost-effective. Thanks prime tyme auto for coming through in the clutch. My wife has an 07 Dodge nitro that had a cracked windshield because of our lawn service. So I called around and decided to get a quote l. Long story short, safelight wanted to charge way too much, but then I stumbled across primetyme auto glass and spoke to a man named J. He was polite and friendly. I set an appointment for Friday, it was Monday.I received a follow up call(confirmation call) Thursday around noon l, Friday came. I got off work earlier than usual so I decided to call J and see if I could change my scheduled appointment from 3pm to ASAP. Without any inconvenience charge or delay. Mr J arrived at my home no later than the spoken time. Great conversation about his profession and experience while doing his work in less than an hour and a half. Once finished. I paid him, he gladly thanked me for my business and I became a happy customer who will return. Again thanks for coming through in the clutch. End of story

UPDATE: Prime Tyme has since rectified the situation and has provided great customer service with handling this issue. I will definitely utilize this company again. Installer told us AFTER he installed the new windshield that I would need to re-calibrate my cameras in order for my alert systems in the vehicle to work properly. The cost to take my vehicle to the dealership to get it re-calibrated is another coupled hundred dollars ON TOP of what I've already paid Prime Tyme. Prime Tyme will NOT cover the cost. This information should have been provided BEFORE the windshield was installed. HIGHLY disappointed.

I needed my window fixed....i called and got expert immediate results....the technician called back immediately to tell me the time he could make it to my house....yes my house and he assured me that he would call before he got there and he did. He found out my problem, he fixed my problem, and explained the problem. He was very professional, polite and efficient...i don't think he was here more than a half hour...done and done...thank you thank you and thank you Prime Tyme...i will b passing your info on to anyone I hear or see with window issues lol

I am ssoooo happy withe my service from easily get scheduled all the way to getting my windshield repaired. My appointment was at 2pm and My tech call me at 130pm to let me know i he was on the way. At 2pm Lebon was at my door step and by 315pm he was finished. The customer service was A1!!✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿 I definitely already spread the word. Jay was very professional and friendly awesome customer service !! His prices were definitely affordable .he arrived early and I was able to switch my destination last minute , it may have been an inconvenience for him but you would have never been able to tell his attitude and service was still excellent!! I had my car broken into, and needed it fixed fast. I emailed in asking for a quote and before the weekend was out i was scheduled for an appointment. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. They even cleaned up the glass that fell from the door when i closed it. They come to you too, super convenient and professional. This company was very efficient and came to where I was at the time he was able to come out. He even had to go back to his warehouse and get a different window because I made the mistake and said the wrong one. My electric window goes up and down as if it was the original. If I ever need a window fixed, (hopefully I don’t) this will be the company I call immediately. Thank you so much for your patience and help.

I called Prime Tyme to replace a certain 440 BMW glass. The windshield was difficult to find as I contacted several windshield locations. Prime Tyme searched for the glass, ordered it, and came to my location to install iI. The process was convenient and hassle free and the service was professional and timely. I will definitely keep them as my go to!
