I had issues with water getting into the back of my dodge ram. I called Billy's and the woman at the front desk seemed familiar with my issue, which was awesome, and then recommended I come in early the following morning to get the seals water tested. The seals were checked quickly and another issue was diagnosed that just needed some cleaning out to prevent issue. I was in and an out in 15 minutes and wasn't charged a dime. These people are great and I would highly recommend them.

I had a crack half way across my windshield that made me need a new windshield. I called Toyota to inquire about a glass replacement and was told they do not do glass only claims but referred me to Billy’s Mobile Glass which they use. I called Billy’s Mobile Glass and spoke to Ellen. She was kind and prompt. She explained to me my options as far as a cash option and insurance claim. The cash price was affordable. Due to also needing a recalibration which would then require a dealer service made me choose the insurance option. I called my insurance company and started a claim. I reported the same day on a Friday the reference number to Billy’s Mobile Glass. Ellen called me on Monday to confirm they were able to get everything they needed from the insurance and scheduled me for a glass replacement the very next day on Tuesday. The guys came out to my work and replaced my windshield in a timely manner. They were friendly and well educated. My windshield is perfect. I highly recommend Billy’s mobile glass for all your windshield repairs or replacements. They provide excellent customer service and will go above to schedule a time that is convenient for you.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Super professional crew that work quickly and efficently to complete the job on hand. We hired them a couple of years ago to replace nine windows in our house that had begun to fog up. Within a year or so, more of the older windows begin to fog up, so we decided to go ahead and get them all replaced. The frames were in good shape. We only needed the glass replaced. In all, we had 36 windows replaced. Jared came out to give us an estimate. We agreed to the price, and the windows were ordered. It took less than two weeks for the windows to arrive. Jared came out with two crews, and all 36 windows were replaced in our house in about three hours. Everyone on the crew was very thoughtful and considerate of our home. You know it is kinda of scary when you open your house up to a bunch of strangers moving in and out all day long, but these guys were great. There was not a bit of trash or debris left when they finished. The windows are warranted for five years, and the price was much less than if we had had the entire window set (frames and glass) replace.

In a dark, rain-slicked construction zone on I-75 north during morning rush hour, a crazed van blasts across all lanes of traffic at 85-90MPH, cutting in front of several vehicles. The van proceeds to swerve in and out of traffic as fast as he can get it to go, cutting more people off. Never once using a signal. The driver gets caught behind a couple of vehicles, allowing me to get close enough to see that it belongs to this company. The van is tailgating the vehicle in front of it, and the driver is flashing his brights to get the person to move over. The person was trying to merge into the 75-north lane, and the van disoriented this person, making then nearly miss their exit. The driver for Billy's is an absolute FREAKING MANIAC on the road! I know which glass company to never call, and certainly steer friends, family, and coworkers away from when the time comes.NegativeProfessionalism

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Destiny was so courteous over the phone. She gave me a free quote of $310 for my windshield replacement (a hundred dollars cheaper than Safelite and the best price out of all the other local places I called), and I was charged exactly that amount after service, no hidden or surprise fees. I went there for my appointment this morning, and I already had a dent in my side panel that made it really difficult to open the driver’s door. One of the men there (I wish I’d gotten his name) popped out the dent just because he could and without my even asking him to. It’s such a huge relief to me to be able to open my door again, and he helped me just because he figured it was stressing me out, when I was only there for a windshield replacement! Not to mention, the windshield looks perfect. I would give ten stars if I could—thank you, Billy’s!!

Absolute best local service for glass repair. Very fast service and affordable. I'm glad i used them as a local provider and kept my money spent local. Service was professionally completed and very fast service. Money well spent and fully equipped to handle mobile and in shop service. My 1992 toyota pickup rear glass was replaced so fast that I was still in burger king drive thru waiting for food and they called and said it was done. I highly recommend them

Billy and his team are great!!! They were the only auto glass shop that I could find in middle GA to replace (by using a not so common process called "rope in") the rear and front windshield gaskets on my 40 year old Mercedes. They were also able to replace the front windshield at a fraction of the price that I could have bought the glass from a supplier. Their skill set is top notch , fees are more than fair, and they are just good people to deal with.

Bills Mobile sold a battery over 5 years old on its last life as new for 187.00. When I got stranded with it, and found out these details I went back to Bills Mobile. I was harassed, disrespected and bullied instead of getting a apology and a new battery. This is a major problem since several of seniors citizens in my area have now been ripped off by these people. They are close and convenient but words spreading fast they rip off seniors.

I walked in to have my windshield replaced. Destiny was unprofessional, kept condescendingly calling me “sweetie,” even though I am much older. Did it again out of spite after I repeated my name and calmly asked her to use it instead. In a business setting, this lack of propriety is inappropriate and her unapologetic attitude was unacceptable. I went with a competitor who had the good manners to call me “sir.”

COULD NOT be happier. After 4 reschedules from Safelite (2 without even contacting me first), I called Billy’s and they came out to my house in less than 48 hours and did it for much cheaper. Took less than an hour, and quality of work was absolutely top notch. Left my vehicle and the glass completely clean, and were extremely friendly throughout. Absolutely recommend them over any competition in Macon.
