I must say how great it is to find an Honest business. After body shop could not locate the source of water leak after it rains, they did notice debris between rear glass and car. They flushed what they could and told me I should go to auto glass place to see if any debri has made its way under the glass. Auto glass place would need to remove window to see that. When I called adVANCED Auto Glass I spoke with Lindsey. She was great! So helpful and told me it did not sound like a glass problem and began looking up this problem for my make and model and even gave suggestions from what see read. Many companies could have taken advantage of a situation like this and tell me come over to let them fix the problem. As it turns out, leak still not found at body shop so will wait for it to rain to see if it still leaks in case what they all did at body shop helped and stopped the leak. Lindsey agreed good idea to wait.If it does leak again, I will not hesitate to contact Lindsey and make an appointment. Good people!

We needed to have the upper bunk window replaced on our Entegra Accolade Super C motorhome. Advance Auto Glass came recommend from our dealer, National Indoor RV. We contacted Advance and spoke with Lindsey who was very helpful in providing us with a quote for our insurance company. The glass was ordered and shipped to NIRV. Lindsey was awesome in scheduling our install date to accommodate our travel schedule. Vance, Jeff and Matthew came to NIRV and did the installation. The three of them work extremely well together and there are very meticulous. They did an awesome job from start to finish and cleaned up everything. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced crew to do an extremely professional job. Thank you again for taking good care of our RV glass. Do not use this company. I contacted the company and talked to a lady in which I made an appointment to get my 2019 mustang windshield replaced. I talked to her twice and also text with a pic of my vin to get the right one. I was told they would be coming by between 12 and 4 to put it in and the person bringing it would contact me before hand to let me know when they would arrive and that if I needed to go anywhere to let them know. Ok well nothing of the sort happened! I not only was never called by the installer but also I called at 330 to find that the same lady I talked to and setup the appointment didn’t even have any of info and didn’t even know what I ordered for my car. This is not even acceptable and poor service on part for a company.

Very disappointing! This place was highly recommended by my mechanic of many years. Called and scheduled an appointment for mobile service. Was asked if I had shelter and told them I did not. Rain was forecasted for several days, which was discussed at the time of appointment scheduling. I was supposed to get a call from Lindsey the morning of the appointment, but she called 10 minutes before the appointment and said she was needing to reschedule due to rain. I had already arranged someone to be available to meet the tech. Very poor communication and experience. I wouldn’t trust this company at all!!! Horrible experience!! I will be reporting to my insurance company.

I went to this company this morning (March 24,2022) to get my molding around the front windshield replaced. The owner worked on my vehicle and ended up breaking my windshield. He told me that I had to pay for the replacement of this windshield that he broke. I’ve never heard such foolishness in my life. On top of that he shut the door in my face and said nothing. So now I’m riding around with no molding and a cracked windshield. Beware of this business because you might have to come out of your pocket for their negligence.ServicesAuto windshield repair

I highly recommend they are super quick with a quote and very friendly. They made me feel like there number one priority. Came out the next day to install a new windshield on my vehicle. They arrived on time in the morning and were very professional. Old windshield off and new one on and ADAS calibrated within an hour. These guys were amazon and I highly recommend them. The window looks great and has no leaks. He even moved all my sticks from the old window onto the new one. The new one has no leaks and looks amazing.

I’m leaving this review before I get the service because they were waaaaay cheaper than i was quoted by other companies. My passenger window was broken completely out due to theft. I called advance today & they are coming to me to fix my window & I got a appointment within 2 days of me calling. I saved $200. I’m excited and happy!! Highly recommend - called around nine in the morning to get my driver side window replaced after someone tried to break in. Immediately gave me a quote and two glass options. Matthew showed by 1 PM To complete the replacement. Also took the time to shop vac all the broken glass out of the front and back seats on both sides. Will definitely use them again, although I hope I don’t have to.

Very easy to work with and friendly folk. They didn't mind me asking questions out of curiosity and did a great job.Very professional and punctual. The best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. They were so easy to deal with. Their installer even put my oil change sticker on my new window. Thank you so much! I needed that after dealing with a dealership and dealing with the big chain company. The price was very fair too. Top notch!
