Armstrong Auto Glass and Ryan exceeded my expectations. If you let anyone else do your windshield replacement you are making a mistake!! I got 2 quotes before I called Armstrong, and thought Ryan forgot something in the quote when he gave me the price over the phone. He assured me he did not and explained in detail the process and why he was more affordable than Safelite and the other quote. Then I was even more surprised when he could do it the next day AT MY HOUSE! I have a newer car with a heads up display and who know how many cameras and electronic things. Ryan was personable and kind as he went above and beyond to fit my busy schedule. He saved me at least 2 hours and having to get a ride home from the shop. I admit I was still a bit skeptical about the electronics and heads up display so I waited a few days to leave this review. I choose to use Armstrong Auto Glass, based on the great reviews I read! Ryan called when he was in route to let me know how far out he was. He was very prompt, he was also very personable and he took the time to explain the whole glass replacement procedure has he went along! I used this company and had a bad experience the technician that came out said he would need a few minutes to look it up on YouTube on how to install my windshield. Then he asked me if had a ladder after that he asked me If I could help him install it. Then he was stepping all over my engine cover a few minutes later he broke the windshield he was trying to install they might be good with small cars and trucks but they let me down on Mack dump truck. I eventually called another company and they replaced it with no problems and for less money.

I would highly recommend using Armstrong Auto Glass for any repairs! I busted the rear windshield on my 2020 Toyota Sienna and needed a reliable and fast fix. Ryan was able to get the window ordered and my car fixed the next morning. He was cheaper than safelite (and everyone else) and had the earliest appointment availabitiy. The labor has a lifetime warranty. He arrived within the promised appointment time frame. He texted me when he was on the way. He was professional and polite! The fix took less than an hour! 10/10 service for sure!

Ryan is awesome!! He came out the next day after I called. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable about glass. He arrived and said, “give me about 40 minutes”. He was done in 30 and it looks great. The fit and finish is just like factory and he takes pride in his work. Extremely affordable and the best prices around. I highly recommend him to anyone needing glass work done. Trust a professional like Ryan who lives and breathes glass rather than some inexperienced hourly employee of a major corporation.

This was the easiest process I have had on a vehicle. I called Ryan Answered... I told him I need a windshield replaced. he asked the make model and I had the VIN# and that was exactly what he needed and told me how much it would be to replace and he said he would be here the next day between 10am and noon. He texted on his way and he arrived at 11am and was done within an hour and the price was exactly what he told me by phone. BAM... I was done. He was very friendly and I will defiantly use him again.
