Express Mobile Auto Glass

A few weeks ago, on my way to Peachtree City, a dump truck threw a rock and hit my windshield. It hit very hard...but...I didn't notice anything cracked (which surprised me). Well....my daughter noticed the crack and it has just gotten bigger and bigger until it was all the way across the windshield. I had to do something. This is going to be a commercial! I saved a lot of money, time and hassle today because of a spam phone call this morning. I'm not kidding! So.....I get this spam phone call and called Stephen White to talk to him about it. I casually mentioned I was getting my windshield fixed tomorrow in Lilburn at Safelite and it was going to be around $1,000 (insurance wouldn't cover it). My appointment was at 1:00, (3 hours minimum) and they couldn't promise it would be $1k, might be more, depending on what they ended up having to do. My son said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did. This is a family-owned business. Nicest man you will ever meet. I am so thankful for him and all the events that led up to this! Honest, amazing work and fun to talk to! I cannot recommend them enough!

Express Mobile Auto Glass did a great job replacing the front windshield on my boyfriend's truck! I wanted have this done as a surprise and had a tight window to work with and he was willing to get me in the same day. The quote was prompt and fair and Jonathan even took the time to discuss the differences in types of glass. He didn't try to up sell at all and was honest about his recommendations. Fast and furious! Lol seriously excellent quality work and ultra fast response, shows up as scheduled, friendly and professional. My husband is very happy with the service! And so am I! 👌🏽 The before of a spider crack that started spreading like a weed every day! And the after thanks to Express Mobile Glass! Just have your Facebook phone number and Google Maps phone number aligned as it causes two different people from the company to call back, but that's still great you are getting help no matter which way you use!

Express Mobile was very efficient. Came when he said he would come and it didn’t take long for the service. I was able to stay in my home while the work was being complete. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even saved me money like he said he would do. This company was my 4th quote and he beat the other three out. My windshield is superb. He even checked out my business and was willing to help ME! TALK ABOUT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Honestly I called safelite first got a outrageous price plus mobile service charges taxes and disposal fee on top of that a 2 week wait. EMAG was awesome!! Not only did he replace my windshield, but he pointed out that it had previously been replaced before, and that it had not been properly finished! You cannot top expertise like that! He did the work quickly, and was done in 40 mins. I can see better now than I did before the crack in the windshield! Definitely the go to for my people who need any glass work done on their car.

John was a pleasure to work with to get my windshield replaced. He was prompt with his communication and clear of the process. He answered all my questions even to educate me of technical vehicle terms. He came to me to do the replacement, took his time for a seamless installation, and even cleaned the inside of my car! My Honda Pilot was broken into. Fortunately, the shattered window on the front passenger side was replaced by Chad from Express Mobile the next day. Very thorough cleaning and removal of the shattered glass pieces inside the car door. Prompt, same day service at a fair, competitive price. I’m thankful to Chad for restoring my window like new.
