I recently had the pleasure of working with David at New York Auto Glass for a windshield replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Firstly, scheduling an appointment was incredibly easy, and they were able to accommodate me at a convenient time. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained the replacement process and answered all of my questions. The quality of their work is outstanding. My new windshield looks flawless, and I feel confident in its durability and safety. Additionally, they completed the job in a timely manner, minimizing any inconvenience to my day. I work in landscape and one day while working, one of my guys was edging the lawn and ran over a rock. The rock flew and shattered my whole rear window of my work truck. I was completely overwhelmed because at that time I couldn’t afford any more unnecessary expenses. I began searching online and all I was seeing were prices over $500. Lucky enough one of my friends recommended to me New York Auto Glass. I sent them a message to figure out what they had available and their prices. They were really fast to respond and told me what they had available. They afford me two different options and with to very competitive prices. I ended up with a heated rear window for a total of $250. Went in and with in and hour the job was done. All in a span of two days. I’m so thankful for how quick and professional these guys were. They helped me get out there sooner than expected. I would recommend their quality of service to anyone!

As a host on Turo rental company, unforeseen damages occurred to my Honda S2000 where for months searching for parts and someone to repair it was draining since most parts are discounted for this model across the board. After calling all the "big auto glass" competitors no one could diagnosis and confidently say they could repair what I need until going to New York Auto Glass. I drove almost two hours to this shop and they gave me the best case/worst case since my repair was atypical but even worst case scenario I would’ve been happy to make that choice. I am glad to have brought it to them and their team from the front office to the service team, they took care of my needs and my vehicle is safely back to my fleet for future renters. Prompt and professional communication. Competitive quote, and unlike that one big name we've all heard of, NY Auto Glass did not try to rip me off by charging an additional $500 to calibrate the camera on my 2019 Ford Ranger. Truck does have Lane Keep Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control, so I was very aware this may need to be done and done properly. Camera calibration was included and the report was official and authentic. David came to me (which was wonderful as I had a family emergency at the last minute and couldn't be here), did an excellent job. Very welcomed communication before, during, and after the job on the day of. I came home a couple days later to find a job well done. Couldn't ask for more, and I absolutely recommend David and NY Auto Glass.

We went to visit because our car got broken into, and needed windows on both front and rear passenger side doors. Joseph and their team did an outstanding job, it looks brand new. They even vacuumed the small pieces that were left behind on the inside of the car from when it was broken into. Two door windows were finished within less than an hour. Not only was it fast, but very high quality. They do not tint the windows, but have people they can recommend for that job. They have a waiting room with A/C and snacks you may help yourself to. Very friendly experience, and if I ever have auto window issues again I will definitely go to them. Don't delay, call these guys if you need repairs, they will make it right!

Don’t look for another glass company! David and his crew were absolutely the BEST and EASIEST company to work with. They took care of two jobs for me…replacing my car windshield and a travel trailer chip repair. My first thought upon seeing my new windshield was “wow that looks way better than the factory windshield!” They even completed the sensor check for my car and sent me a detailed report. This is very important to keep if I ever have any future claims on my car…this is proof I had my sensors calibrated with my new windshield. Look no further. Save yourself the time, energy, and uncertainty of which company you should go with…give them a call and let them help you out!

I was very pleased with New York Auto Glass. During the very cold weather, a small chip in my windshield turned into a long crack. I found New York Auto Glass online and texted them since they had good reviews. I received an immediate response asking for my car details and a photo. Soon after texting them back, I received a fair estimate and was able to schedule within 2 days. I only had to wait about an hour there and the new windshield was installed! They even transferred my Peachpass from the old windshield to the new. The new windshield looks great and never leaks. I highly recommend New York Auto Glass.

After a rock from a lawnmower hit my windshield and cracked it in the center from top to bottom, I was really stressed out. After calling and comparing at multiple places, David quoted me the best price by far, and offered to get me in first thing in the morning. I already was happy with how quickly they could fit me in and the price quoted, but when I got there, they were prompt in getting to work! I decided to go with them, and I couldn't be more pleased with their excellent customer service and the replacement of my windshield.
