MAC Auto Glass exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service today! Despite my hectic schedule, they were incredibly flexible and accommodating. The speed and efficiency with which they replaced my windshield were truly impressive. Moreover, their staff was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. And to top it off, their pricing beat out all competitors. I highly recommend MAC to anyone in need of windshield replacement – they're simply phenomenal!

Extremely impressed with this company. They were able to get me in the same day and were the cheapest around. My windshield had a big hole and major cracks all throughout so I’m sure it wasn’t an easy task but it still only took him an hour. Other company’s I called were not able to get me in till the next day, and with a hole being in my windshield and glass pieces flying around I didn’t want to risk waiting long to have it replaced.

A true 5 star experience...called yesterday afternoon needing a windshield for a 2001 pickup. I was immediately given an appointment for today when other glass places said it would be 4 to 5 days just to get a glass. Their technicians were here this morning, took approximately 45 minutes from the time they began and they went above and beyond to take care not to damage the truck...I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars!!

Today Mac’s Autoglass in Gainesville came through for me big time after a big name auto glass company came to my office to replace my windshield said they discovered a little rust after getting my old glass out and said they couldn’t put a new one in or the old one back in and left me with no windshield and had to call a rollback to tack my truck to a body shop or home . I am for ever grateful to these guys at Mac Autoglass !!

I was very surprised to be in and out of there in 30 minutes. I am so happy with my new windshield. The front desk assistant was so nice and helped me get an itemized receipt for my taxes, since I am an independent contractor. This shop was very quick with scheduling. After an unfortunate break in/vandalism I had to find a shop to replace my window the same day. I called for a quote, they ordered the replacement which would arrive within 2 hours. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and they actually replaced my window before my scheduled appointment. Would absolutely use them again.

Found this place on Google when looking for auto glass repair shops as the windshield of my RAV4 had a crack that had expanded. The man in charge Miguel managed to give me a good estimate of the damage and was able to both repair the crack and recalibrate my vehicle’s Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). Overall excellent work!
