Clear View Auto Glass

I was referred to this company by my local Acura dealership Jim Hudson’s (Melissa service dept.) approximately 2 months ago. Melissa stated, this company was who they subbed out all the glass repair to. Melissa told me that Clearview was the only company who could re calibrate the computer. I spoke with Regina at Clearview about my windshield. She asked for my vin# and told me she would call back. I didn’t hear anything from Regina in a week. So, I placed another call. Regina, mixed up my account. I ended up having to give my vin# again. I was offered a generic and an OEM. I called my insurance company and filed my claim. I had to call Regina back to confirm insurance approval. After confirming, Regina told me that the windshield would take 1-2 weeks to receive. I waited 3 weeks and placed another call because I did not hear back from Regina. I was told by Tim, whom was absolutely clueless about anything, that Regina was on vacation for a week and that she would call me back. Well, again! I never received a call back. So, today I get a call back two weeks after her vacation. She claims she told me in the very beginning Acura would have to fix the windshield because only Acura can recalibrate the computer….This woman, is so unorganized, unprofessional and very untruthful making this company extremely untrustworthy. She also claimed she had called me back several times. So, if she told me from the very beginning that Acura could only fix my windshield, then why would she need to desperately try several times to call me back???? Because she didn’t! I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Very disappointed. Was lied to about replacing the windshield trim in my '07 BMW 550i. The service tech said that he would need to remove the windshield to do the work...which was a total lie. I had already researched how to replace both the front and rear windshield trim and had already bought the trim myself...I just wanted a simple install by what I thought would be "professional" people...needless to say, after the tech began talking about removing my windshield and that by doing so "sometimes" the windshield breaks in the process...I kept it moving. Did the work myself (thank you youtube!) and wouldn't ever consider recommending this company to anyone....I had work done here before.. windshield replacement on my '90 honda accord...so i thought i was dealing with ok people...NOT. I had to give at least one star for the post to go through.....otherwise, would have been zero stars.

I called on 06/26/2020 to get another quote to replace windshield on 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab. It was $120.00 less than their competitors and an appointment was scheduled for the following day. Their competitor could schedule me until 07/04/2020. I arrived on Saturday and within an hour all was completed, and instructions given on what was needed over next 24 hours. They are amazing and customer service outstanding. I will recommend to all my friends in the future. THEY ARE THE BEST.

After trekking from Alaska to Carolina to California and back to Carolina my front windshield had seen better days. I talked to several shops in/around Augusta and settled on Clearview Auto Glass. They gave me a great price and were able to get me in the next morning. I arrived at 8AM and they had me in and out in just over an hour. When all was said and done the price didn't change one iota, and included all taxes and fees. Great folks I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

At Clear View I received the best customer service I have EVER received! I was visiting Augusta from Texas and my windshield was chipped while I was there. I was unfamiliar with the area and this was the first place I called. Not only did manager Tim Williams have his services brought TO me, but they all made me feel very welcome and right at home! I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys great service, as well as a positive customer experience! Thank you Tim!

It's poor customer service when you call to see if you do rear window seal replacements and the lady on the phone replies I told you this morning when you called we do and it's $179. That doesn't include any window mold if needed or anything else. With all the people in this area i'm sure more than one person may call for the same or similar issue. I'll make sure to never refer anyone to Clear View Auto Glass. Thanks for the help.

Definitely recommend Clear View Auto Glass! He did a great job and was fast too! Had to get my drivers side window replaced after a car break in and it looks great. He had some trouble vacuuming glass out of the bottom of the door but make sure to let me know. He also brought me out to make sure all of the switches worked before handing the keys back. Very nice people. Will be returning here again if I need auto glass!

I had the longest wait from the third party company to get my window and these guys helped me every step of the way. It was almost three months to get the window from the company and clear view checked on me and when it got there they installed it immediately. Price of the installation was very reasonable and very quick. They even vacuumed out the back end since it was wet. Just great all the way around

Easy to work with. They got me a quote that came in under several other local shops. Told me they should be able to have it ordered and replaced within 1 day. I got lucky: they had my windshield in stock and they had it installed in less than 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Good place to work with. The next time I need a windshield replaced, I'll go back to Clear View Auto Glass.

My cousin got a truck checked by these guys before he bought it cause neither him nor I know anything really. They said it'd be a great truck. It has been the single worst truck I think I've ever witness. Vacuum harness was completely wrong like everything. Rotor cap and distributer were rubbish, battery even exploded lol. Idk how their service is otherwise but ore buy checks. HELL NO.
