A few weeks ago on a Friday afternoon, our windshield cracked just before we planning to head out of town for a 14 hour drive. After calling a half dozen mobile windshield repair companies, we came across Pristine Auto Glass. Chris not only saved the day and was able to replace our windshield within hours, but he handled the job at a very fair price. Chris is professional, friendly and has won over our entire family! I called them up yesterday after talking with some of the bigger companies who kept trying to upsell me and I would be quoted one price and then it was a lot higher!!! Not Pristine, I talked with Pristine for a while and I was quoted one price and he told me he would be at my house by a certain time and he was there no fuss no muss. Also, very professional in the fact that he got to work and within 45 minutes he was done. At least that is what it felt like to me. I waited the allotted 30 minutes to drive and it is good as new and affordable not like the bigger companies. Pristine is the way to go no B.S. just great customer service and a great product will use again for sure if needed. Already told my friends about his business.

Went out this morning to my girlfriend's car being broken into in downtown Atlanta. Looked on Google for auto glass repair and Pristine Auto Glass popped up and had good reviews. Called and he immediately answered and asked for make and model. Chris knew exactly what window would be needed to ensure proper fit and went out of his way to come out to us in Lawrenceville same day. Was on time and quick to get it fixed. Will definitely call him again if ever needed. 100% recommend!
