WARNING! Do not use his services! Keith is Very unprofessional and his work is sloppy! My passenger window got busted and called him to replace it. He showed up 3 hrs passed the time he said he would be here, didn't have anything to clean up the broken glass, left glass everywhere, he was just sloppy! Ok, he fixes the window but then I noticed my door wouldn't open. For two days he told me he would come back and fix it. He never came and now he want answer my calls. Now I have to pay more money to get my door fix, which was working fine before he fix my window! I advise you to pay a little extra to use good household name companies to avoid these problems! I had a horrible experience with this company and STRONGLY recommend not going with them. I called in a crunch on a Saturday evening as my driver window wouldn’t go up. By the time he arrived, the window was going up again, but I paid the $100 diagnostic fee and he told me the motor would be going out soon. So we set up an appointment for him to replace the motor. He completely missed that appointment, no call/no show. I called multiple times and finally got him to answer and he came the next day. He replaced the motor (which took a lot longer than he said) but then NONE of my windows worked and I actually was locked out of my car due to something messed up in the driver side door. I had to climb in through the side passenger door to drive it. The lady and him then proceeded to blame me and get defensive and confrontational saying it wasn’t their problem…attempting to pressure me into paying them another $150 for nothing. If my husband hadn’t showed up, I would have called the police. I had to take my car to another place to undo the damage, but they luckily fixed it for a very affordable rate and their work and customer service was amazing (shout out to Auto Glass Now on South Cobb Dr!). There are WAY better options out there!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Very unprofessional, did a horrible installation on my window. My window fell completely down into my door the same day after his so called repair. Keith Promised to correct his work the next day. Never heard from him again. He never answered my many calls. When someone finally did answer it was some woman pretending to be his wife. She lied to me and said she would call me back with a time and date to re correct the poor installation. It's been two weeks and I've yet to hear back from anyone. Horrible customer service I strongly do not recommended. They are very bad with communication and lack of timing we agreed on a 11am appt did not show up till around 3pm excuse was it was hard to find a window replacement for my car after him asking me to text my car make and model only to show up with the incorrect window, time was running out to replace window from wherever he get the replacements from never called to update me going into day two whatever the lady name is who assist for “customer service” insured me she’ll call in the morning at 8:30 did here from her till 11:30am. I proceeded to ask for my refund for the deposit. Please take your money elsewhere they are horrible.

Unprofessional and unprepared. He "repaired" the chip in my window with the same window repair kit you can get from AutoZone then would sporadically leave during the job. Towards the end the epoxy started to spread across my windshield, and he resorted to using notebook paper because he had no rags or towels. To top off the whole experience he charged me extra because I was going to use CashApp and he RAN OUT OF GAS in my drive way! On a side note I should've known better when I saw that his rear window was missing despite running an auto glass repair business.

Keith is very unprofessional been waiting a whole week went to get window put in and he broke something so my window wouldn’t roll up or down had me to come one day and said he didn’t have part then next time I went he had me waiting 3 hours to tell me he had wrong he also agreed to come to my location the next day at 3 then called at 3 said he was just getting part it would be 4:30 then at 4:30 called and said can I come back he is cheap but very unprofessional he works out house that looks abandon I repeat do not go to this man it’s horrible

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY! The reviews prior to mine speak for itself and I hate that I didn’t give myself time to read them before booking him. He took my deposit and promised an appointment time of 9:30am today. Needless to say, it’s 11:36am and he has not called nor texted me back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you needed my deposit that badly, keep it, but I hope your business gets shut down because people do not deserve this. Update: Replying to the businesses response below. I have NOT been refunded.

Don’t even bother asking for help he just wants money and fake promises. Came to see my car and said that he needed a deposit to order the part but he does not answer phone nor the text. Do not do business with this guy Keith. He lied and now he is just hiding when he promise a job. Will be reporting him to the police, and google so his number will not appear on the searches anymore so others won’t be scam by this thief. Good luck on your search for an honest business that will help you.

This review is for potential customers seeking window repair services. I scheduled an appointment for today, allowing ample travel time to the location. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the repair person was unreachable by phone and did not appear for the appointment. This resulted in wasted time and unnecessary travel, particularly considering the hot weather conditions. For future customers, I would recommend not using this company. They will waste your time

Called to receive a quote and the guy who answered the telephone sounded like he just waking up and was bothered by the business call! Completely arrogant and dismissive, kept asking the the same information as if non coherent only to say that he probably won’t have the glass. Dude is a total waste of time! and I would question the quality of work from person of that “CHARACTER “ I wouldn’t take my BICYCLE at here to have repaired. You were warned! 🙄
