Phenomenal Customer service and Quality work‼️‼️‼️ Priceless. Leon installed my windshield on my SUV. Unfortunately, soon later almost all of my dash lifht indicators came on. He came out promptly to performed another calibration test. Come to find out, I started having calibration issues from the installation of windshield repair.. After several calibration test, light indicators was still on that wasn't there before. Leon made sure I was satisfied and things were taken care of. Unfortunately, additional cost has to be paid because had I to end up taking it to the dealership to repair Through it all, Leon still remained positive and provided great customer service along the way. Sometimes it's not all about the money. Leon of Global Glass Auto is about customer service satisfaction and treating people how you want to be treated. Awesome service!!! Very professional, efficient, and great customer service! It did not take Mr. Leon George's, owner, long at all to clean up shattered glass and install the new glass. I called and he answered right away and scheduled same day service. Other companies couldn't do same day service and the cost was so much better than one of the main glass repair companies in the area. I called 3 other companies one company was charging $400.00 more than what I paid Mr. Georges. Thank you again and hopefully I will not need the service again but if I do I know who to call.

I was traveling across the country and a truck kicked up a rock which cracked my windshield. I was in Atlanta for a short period of time, and needed some quick assistance to replace the windshield. I call Leon, got a quote within minutes, and within a few hours, he provided mobile service and did a fantastic job at a very competitive price. Leon was super responsive, polite, and professional, and completed the job from start to finish, including calibration, in just over an hour. I needed the front windshield of my 2107 Jeep Grand Cherokee replaced and Leon showed up within a few hours and completed the job much faster then I had expected. I HIGHLY recommend calling Leon and Global Glass as they are reasonable, professional and easy to work with. I hope never need a new windshield again but (sadly) know it may happen again in the future. When it does, Leon and Global Glass will be the only company I call. I would give them a 6th star if it were possible!

Global Auto Glass was very professional. He replaced my passenger rear window. He was very fast and detailed. I appreciate how fast he was able to come, especially with the holiday being yesterday. My car got broken into on New Years and he was here the next day. I appreciate his professionalism and him keeping his word. A reasonable price with quality customer service. I’m a satisfied customer and I approve this message. If you want it done right call him.

Hands down no questions at all if you need glass replacement look no further. Leon is “Johnny on the spot” he had my new windshield in just a few days and other local places said they could not even get the windshield at all for mu BMW. Professional, communicates, on time and available. The pricing was way below half of the other quotes I got. He got here and had it all done in less than 30 minutes. Perfect perfect perfect! I’m back on the road again.

He saved me a good $300 dollars on my windshield and calibration, compared to the other quotes I received, AND he met me where I'm staying, so I saved on the time/gas it would have taken for me to go elsewhere. So incredibly impressed! With a crack that travelled across my windshield, I was unable to drive and needed to pick up my son from school at 2:30 pm. Global Glass was at my home and had it replaced on the same day that we got in contact, and I was ready to go by 12:30! They were understanding, prompt, and friendly.
