Someone broke into my Acura MDX from the rear driver window yesterday afternoon. I immediately started searching for a window replacement company thinking it will be an easy task. Unfortunately no one could locate my window (or at least until next week). I knew it will be outrageous to get it done at my dealership but I thought I had no other option if I want it fixed in a few days. Awesome people! And GREAT customer service! Needed my front windshield replaced on my Honda Civic and due to my job, i was looking for a mobile auto glass repair so they can come out to my jobsite and get the job done. Found them on craigslist and unfortunately when i called them they could not provide me with their mobile services. It didnt stop me though bc they explained to me the situation and as any business their will always be that one obstacle to get through the day. Anyways the best part was that as i understood their situation they understood mine and accomodated me and my schedule to get in and out as quick as possible at a GREAT price! The lady in the front may have been busy answering calls left and right but STILL managed to acknowledge me and set up an appointment. OMG, where do I even start! Mr. S was by for the most professional and kind business owner that I’ve ever met. His professionalism and timely repair save me a lot of money and a lot of patience. this guy is TOP NOTCH his location and prices doesn’t match to his business at all because he is fantastic! i got into a wreck while i was out of town and my windshield was shattered and done while the side of my car also had damages. everyone i called told me they wouldn’t be able to fix it. all i needed was my windshield fixed to get back to my state. he was the only guy/ company that told me he would be able to fix my windshield, i ended up dropping my car off tht night from a tow truck at his location, the next morning at 9 am my windshield was fixed and perfect and the price was so affordable compared to everyone else if i could give 50 stars i would and he is so sweet and understanding and had great customer service will pick up the phone and answer any question you have everytime i was so grateful for him!

Sam and his staff were very professional, the pricing was very fair, the staff was very professional, and they installed the windshield for my 2008 blue Toyota Yaris for the cheapest price out of all my quotes. The employees put my front window in very quickly, like in 15 minutes, and did a superior job. The glass looks very good, not cheap. I am very happy with my experience there and will be referring others to them as well. The window was there the same days, and I got an appointment the same day as well. I like supporting the little guys. This is a real mom and Pop operation. I thought it was going to be about half the price of Safelite. Then when I got there, he had ordered the wrong part, misunderstood what the make and model of my car was. And was going to charge me about what Safelite quoted me. But he stuck to the original quote, God bless him. Installed windshield was pretty dirty and there was residue left from the tape that I had to keep in place for 24 hours,, but I brought it back to him the next day and he cleaned it pretty good. I hope I don’t ever have to replace my windshield again, but if I do, I will probably use him.

I am beyond happy! I’ve called almost every place in Atl to get my front windshield fixed and he had the absolute must reasonable price there was! This was as smooth as getting an oil change. SAM AND HIS CREW WERE ON IT! I pulled around back and he was right there waiting for me after my call. Low Price Auto Glass was extremely efficient. I thought I would need to take an Uber back to work, but they were finished so quickly, I was able to wait on site. They are also very hospitable, offered to bring me a chair outside, so I could work outside because it was a nice day. They just had donuts delivered and offered me coffee and a donut.
