This was my second windshield replacement for my Subaru Outback. The first was replaced by a "well known" company - terrible service. Had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get my windshield wiper sprayers connected even tho it was THEIR fault! Elite Auto Glass is very customer friendly and oriented and is a small business owner. I made an appointment, was in and out in less than 2 hours, and paid 30% less than the "well known" company. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Auto Glass. We have a Jeep Gladiator and as Jeep owners know, that windshield cracks easily (already had one replaced). Will definitely use Elite Auto Glass again!!

This is the ONLY place I’d take my vehicle for glass repair in the N Georgia and Atlanta metro area ! They are very detail oriented and work was 5 Stars !!! Had an accident on a Friday afternoon around 3 pm and windshield completely shattered…called every glass repair shop in Ellijay and area surrounding but no one would answer or said to close to quitting time. No wrecker service would respond and even AAA couldn’t find a shop…Elite answered and arranged for pick up of my vehicle and made sure it didn’t get filled with rain water from the storm going on ! Mariah was fantastic she took charge and turned it around for me ! Very reasonable price and I’d have paid much more but their prices are very competitive with everyone. I shattered my driver side window[front] a few weeks ago. After canceling my appointment with Safelite because of the runaround and ridiculous high price they quoted me, I contacted this company called Elite Auto Glass LLC owned by Mariah and her husband Eric! Eric assured me that I had not a problem to worry about [after I told him that I love my car😂😂] I'm very pleaded with their work they are professionals! down to earth people but most of all they have respect for the human family! a plus now and days. I chose this place to get my windshield repaired, and I could not be happier with my decision. They take insurance claims on everyday mishaps, I paid a fraction of what I would have somewhere else! They did such an amazing job! My interior trim is not frayed or cut unevenly, my car looks like new! They took their time and still finished in less than a day! They even replace my oil change stickers on my windshield. Their staff is unbelievably personable, reliable and responsive! I will absolutely be recommending this place to all of my family and friends with all of the glass repair needs!

I was referred to these nice folks by a stranger at a gas station after hitting a deer. Elite took me in right away and had me finished up in less than a day. They even took time out of their busy schedule to help assess my situation and offer professional advice when I popped in without an appointment. Coming from a background where time is money, I know this speaks very highly of Elite. They did a fantastic job and the price was awesome! They even cleaned up the majority of the glass that shattered into the cab. Highly recommend them

High Quality, Responsive and Flexible! Mariah and Eric offer either mobile or in-shop services. Eric came to my home on time and provided quality, well priced service. He explained his service and made recommendations on short term care. When I thought I had a water issue the next day, they were very responsive and patient, as it turned out to be clogged sun roof drain lines, not the windshield. Eric cleared the lines and solved my issue. I highly recommend using Elite Auto Glass for all your window replacement needs!

I was in a bit of a situation with needing a windshield replacement ASAP and I called Elite. Mariah went above and beyond to help me out. They were able to get the materials next day and I finally got my replacement that I waited 18 days for (other company kept having delays). I’ve used Elite Auto Glass multiple times and they never fail to amaze me. Mariah immediately contacted me after I submitted my claim, answered all questions I threw at her, and kept me updated and stayed in contact with me up to the time of my appointment. Also, they are so quick! I was expecting it to take 2 hours or so to have my windshield replaced, but it was done a lot quicker than that! The entire team is truly the best at what they do. Had a great experience with Elite Auto Glass. My Wrangler took a few rocks to the windshield and needed a full replacement. The whole process was incredibly easy from the start. I called and received a text back almost immediately. We scheduled the appointment entirely over text, which was perfect for my busy schedule. When I arrived, they got started right away and had everything done in under an hour. Quick, professional, and zero hassle. Highly recommend. Before and after pics for visual.

Another five-star review. After several calls to Safelite I thought I would have my rear window fixed in short order, but Safelite never showed up for their appointment, and then the next appointment was canceled, and then the third try they pushed me out 14 days. At that point I called Elite Auto Glass. They took me in the next day, had the job done, did all the insurance claims for me, and I was out the door. Best service ever!
