Auto Glass Guy

Okay. The staff were very nice and granted I discovered that my windshield was cracked a day before my scheduled repair. I didn't realize until after the service that the crack was still in the windshield. When I asked the service guy, why was the crack still there? He stated "that there's no quarantee that the crack would just go away after the repair. Neither could he quarantee that the crack wouldn't spread any further. I mean really!! What in the heck did I just pay for????? That was the purpose of the of the repair. I'm very disappointed 😞☹️NegativeQualityServicesAuto windshield repair

First, I want to say that I am a State Farm Agent in Perry, Ga and I have dealt with quite a few auto glass outfits and The Auto Glass Guy is BY FAR THE BEST! Dave was very helpful throughout the whole process. He came to look at my sunroof exactly when he said he would be there; therefore, he was extremely punctual. He also made an extra trip to put something over my sunroof so it wouldn’t leak until the part he needed came in. I dropped my truck off and he had it ready sooner than he thought, do I know he worked extremely hard to get it ready for me. This is a family owned business and they embody so many great qualities that a company can have. Dave kept me informed the entire time so I am very grateful for that. I would recommend The Auto Glass Guy to my closest family and friends! You cant go wrong with them! Thank you Dave and his staff!!!

I'm so happy with my experience with the auto glass company! I had my driver window replaced and they did an excellent job! Not only that a job well done but great customer service. They are down to earth, Professional, family oriented and know the meaning of hard work and it shows not to mention they have great prices and fast at getting the job done. Thanks so much to u all.. Got a pretty decent crack in my windshield from a semi; I just had to thank my insurance for using this company. They are absolutely phenomenal; incredibly down-to-earth and friendly staff, the lovely lady that called to set up my repair was extremely informative. The tech that came out, Nick, was an absolute pleasure; prompt, efficient, and about as professional as they come. I will not be going anywhere else for car window repairs. I could not have ask for a better experience. They are upfront with cost and labor and very polite. I brought in a 1993 F-150. I’ve been having water seep thought the chrome trim and underneath the windshield. After every rain, I would have water build up on the interior of my truck. It didn’t take long for Auto Glass Guy to have a new windshield installed and address the issue. I got a called back the same day that it ready for pickup. If you care about a fair and honest auto window repair, this family is your go to guys. Thank y’all for the great service.

I have used them twice for my own personal vehicles and deal with them on a daily basis at work. They are all amazing people who know what a they are doing and take pride in their work. Their prices for me have been the best around. I will not trust anyone else to repair or replace my windshields. They come to you in a timely fashion and are very friendly and professional. Normally to have a windshield replaced it is a 1 day turn around. You guys are amazing. Keep up the great work.

Oh wow!!! The Auto Glass Guy was just here and replaced my broken F 150 PU Truck windshield. David Smith is the business owner, a local, and has been in the glass business for nearly 30 years. I got 3 bids and the Auto Glass Guy beat them all. I received a warm greeting upon entering this business and was served almost immediately. I had David look at two chips in the windshield of my 2009 Tacoma. He determined that one chip was too small and did not need to be repaired and he took care of the other one. These folks are very professional and caring and provide excellent customer service. These folks were awesome from my first contact! They were recommended by my local dealership. Their prices were lower to replace my windshield than my deductible. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while since they helped me over a month ago at this point. I highly recommend coming here to get your windshield replaced! Their prices are extremely affordable, the customer service is excellent, and the people are very kind. Most of all, my windshield has held up very well, and the whole process of replacing it took about 1 hour, and the car was ready to drive. Come here for your windshield needs!!!
