As of this writing Ken already has 5.0 avg stars with 91 reviews, but I feel compelled to add to the pile. What a great guy, seriously. Great price. Very professional work. Very knowledgeable. I called several places about replacing our windshield, and Ken was the only one that explained there were different windshields for the year/make/model based on collision / lane departure warnings and they would need to be calibrated. His quote of the 3 places was the best to begin with, so we agreed on a price and date for the work. I show up to pick up the car and he gives me a discount because the calibration process didn’t take him as long as he expected on the vehicle! I was absolutely stunned. This is just unheard of in the auto repair industry. Ken is a special guy, and his generosity is genuine. If you’re googling reviews trying to figure out where to get your auto glass fixed, this is it. Be forewarned, he often doesn’t answer the phone because he’s busy fixing glass! I always left a message and he got back to me same day.

I’m not sure why this place has so many positive reviews. As a few others have mentioned, this place has TERRIBLE customer service. I bought an old car recently and the back window wasn’t installed properly causing water to leak into my trunk. I pulled up to their shop for them to take a look. Older guy tells me to pull around back into the garage. I pull into their garage where a younger guy was sitting. Rather than help guide the car in, he asks me “what do you want?” Really?? That’s how you talk to paying customers?? The older guy comes out but his attitude isn’t much better. They take a look at my window and say there’s nothing they can do and that it’s only a cosmetic issue. The older guy then makes a remark saying my car isn’t showroom worthy and that my issue is no big deal. The whole situation was unprofessional and weird. Needless to say, I told them I’d take my business elsewhere. Thankfully I was able to find a competent person who not only fixed my window but actually enjoyed my car too.

Glass King on Acworth Industrial Dr is a great place to have your auto glass replaced. Wonderful experience! Exceptional customer service! This company works fast, and it's very easy to schedule an appointment. A flying object cracked the windshield on our Chevy High Country. We called around to several repair companies and also reviewed customer ratings and businesses on the BBB website. Glass King was referred to us by a friend, and we're so happy to have chosen this company to repair the windshield. The vehicle was dropped off and ready within 2 hours. Glass King replaced the windshield and took care of the recalibration as well. All work is of high quality, and the manager ensures his customers are satisfied. Safelite may be more popular, but Glass King has proven to be a quality replacement company that offers the same services. Try them, we're so happy we did!

To start off, I initially was going to go with Safelite. I heard good things about it but also that’s it’s very pricey. I was told that there were other alternatives that were actually same if not even better than Safelite for a lower cost. With the current economy every penny saved is a deal. Well I was referred to Glass King by several friends. I decided to give Ken a call and he answered nice and friendly just needed my VIN and name and model of my vehicle to ensure he could provide me the correct windshield . Glass king had me in the next day and out within the hour. He adjusted to my schedule really well and the windshield looks great! It looks like nothing ever got damage. Great quality glass great quality repair. If you need a guy in the glass business, Glass king is the king!

I could not be happier about the service I received from Ken and his son at Glass King in Acworth. After my window regulator broke unexpectedly one evening, just before the holiday weekend, I found this great local shop. Ken was able to find the part for my older vehicle, and the repair was done in the shop for an excellent price, that day. I would not have been able to go anywhere since I could not lock my car, so this was a lifesaver. Enjoyed chatting with Ken and am so glad to support this local business. I got a giant crack in my windshield during this hot days and called Glass King if they could replace it on Saturday. For sure we can - answered Mr. Ken. Next day I came to them and Ken's son Nick replaced the windshield. He was fast, courteous, and very professional and knowledgeable. The service was amazing, price unbeatable. I have used Glass King on multiple occasions and the one time I didn't use them, I wished I had. From a manual window regulator on my 90' CRX, to filing a chip, to a new windshield install, each time Ken and his son did a great job. They did these jobs in a timely manner, and at a competitive price. Ken is who you talk to on the phone when you call. You won’t go through multiple phone prompts to reach a human, which is nice these days. Support these guys, they are good people and do good work.

The best around! I was in on 04/22/2024 to have a windshield replaced and Nick was fast, courteous, and very professional and knowledgeable. Not only was the service amazing, but the honesty was refreshing. The price was $600 lower than all the other quotes I got because they were honest and told me the truth about some of the hidden things that the big commercialized companies sneak in on the job. I have used this company several times, one for my front windshield on my Jeep Wrangler, and one time for the back window. Ken is absolutely awesome! Each time I have been there, they have been honest, thorough and have the best prices you will find in the Atlanta area. The quality of the work has been the best I have ever experienced. I called, needing my windshield replaced, and Ken quoted me a great price and set me up a time to come in. They were ready for me when I got there, and his son did a professional job installing the new windshield. I believe in supporting small hometown businesses.
