I can’t say enough good things about Auto Glass Medics. I had made a few calls and looked up a few different places to get some estimates, before I was referred to talk to Rick, (the owner). I was immediately impressed by the fact that he didn’t give me the high pricing the other big companies were throwing at me. I was also highly impressed that they were set up at the Toyota Dealership, so I knew they had to be reputable. I was ready to go, bring in my vehicle and have the windshield replaced onsite… but it got even better! I found out they come out to wherever I am, and do the work onsite, no extra charge! (I know it’s within a reasonable distance). If that was the end of it, that alone says a lot for the company. However, the day of my appointment, my battery blew in my vehicle and I was stranded in a parking lot near my home. Well, while waiting for the tow truck, the installer, Jeff, switched it up. He changed the location and came out to where I was waiting for the tow truck and installed the windshield. Jeff was a great guy, professional , very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful, and like I said… went out of his way. I have to say, I’m 100% satisfied. Great workmanship. Great outcome. I would highly recommend these guys! Many thanks to Rick and the installer, Jeff, for making it happen today! You both helped make “one of those days” quite a bit better!
