I am giving my recommendation all the way Ralph the man that come to my home and did my new truck very experienced. I will recommend him specially to my personal companies. I’m asked for cards at the same time so I can pass out cards. I am CB from CB Repair here for 31 years in Silver Spring, Florida and I was very impressed. I wish I had known of you guys a lot sooner. I will use you from now on since I have multiple vehicles. AGN in Winterhaven is excellent. I first started my experience with the Tampa location and was about ready to cancel my claim altogether until Sabrina got involved from the Winterhaven office. She went above and beyond to help, make calls, and even try to do the job of the Tampa office. Ultimately she was able to switch the claim to her office and even have someone come out to Tampa for the install (even though they don't travel that far). I can't say enough about Sabrina and the WH office as well as the installer. He was prompt, communicated well, and did a great job overall. I would absolutely recommend AGN from WH. I would NOT even consider the Tampa location.

The service we received was fantastic. Our windshield cracked on our trip down from Canada to Florida. The technician who came to our home was amazing. I asked if he would mind if I watched while he worked. He smiled and said, "not at all". When I asked questions about the windshield replacement he answered all with a smile. He did a fantastic job in about 40 minutes and I was very pleased with his care and quality of work. I would certainly recommend this company considering the high quality of service and repair we received. Thank you very much.

They replaced my windshield and my wiper blades but when I went to. Use my wipers during a heavy pour down on the highway they malfunctioned one wiper. Blade went one way and one went another way almost caused a wreck I wasn't happy with that knowing that they were the last peoples to touch my windshield and wipers which they supposedly to have replaced I called them and they said that they were sorry about that and they were going to send out a technician to look at my broken malfunctioned wipers which was. Their fault

They got right back to me and were professional. One thing I didn’t like was the 8-4 timeframe. I sort of understand when it is morning to noon or non to five but the whole day? Installer messaged me about ten though and arrived around 11 so not too bad. I liked installer but thought the repair should be a little less noticeable but since I have not seen many repairs i have to assume from photos online that it is about right

The customer service the price is unmatched Evan was our installation person and appreciate him very much. They do what they say they will do! I will definitely use them in the future if I ever need glass on my car replaced again. I made an appointment to get my shattered passenger window fixed, on the morning of the appointment, a lady in the Winter Haven office called to tell me it was too far from them and the tech would NOT be driving out here. They offered to reschedule me six days out. Not cool on day of to call to cancel for something that needs immediate attention. Very disappointed. Needless to say, I did not reschedule.

Made appointment on phone, technician called the morning of appointment to let me know he should be at my residence in approximately 2 hours,and he was! He took his time and replaced the windsheild on my truck,fixing rusted areas,priming,etc. Windsheild looks great! Will reccomend to everyone. Evan the technician was awesome and did a great job. Everything works fine. 4 stars because nobody asked before they came the first time if we wanted original manufacturers glass or after market glass. We wanted original so they had to order it and come back. Would have saved all of us time and effort to ask up front. I'm sure it's more expensive for the insurance company to pay.

Excellent service and very professional. I was impressed on how fast he did his job replacing the windshield. But more impressed I was when I realized that he had removed the Sun Pass sticker and the change of oil sticker from the broken glass to the new glass without tearing it. Can even tell it was removed from one glass to another. Excellent job!
