Overall the efficiency at first was great and professional when I called to have my passenger rear window repaired. Going forward after a few days of the repair, the window fell in between the door. I had to pull up to Auto Glass location to get it fixed again. Now that the window is fixed, I’m getting an error on my dashboard that the window is open when it’s completely rolled up.When I do roll it down, to roll it back up it just rolls back down as I’m attempting to roll my window up. I’ve reached back out and he informed me to call back the next day, I did and of course no answer. Although he was fast about replacing my window, he didn’t clean up the broken glass properly and my kids got cut by the glass he left inside. Don’t notice until I drove it and wind blew loose pieces around. Broke my trim inside trying to fix something. He also charged more than quoted even after taking an extra day to come out. Then was an hour late on the time he said he’d be here. Guess for being cheap you get what you pay for. 🤦‍♂️ Will not use again.

It was great to be able to have my car fix in less than an hour! This gentleman pick up the phone right away and got me an appointment, today morning he drove all the way to were I work and fix my car right away! Had an unexpected visit by robbers one night where my rear window was busted with a baseball bat . I used this guy to install a windshield in my semi truck it began to leak I text an called several times to come check installation he gave me the run around for about 5days today he told me he would be out between 8-9am never showed up again so he says you have life time warranty but it will take him a lifetime to come back and fix the issue.
