My experience with Unlimited Auto Glass was very pleasant, the service person appeared on time, they explained to me what was being done. They tried to fix my car windshield, I did not like the look of it so I ask them to replace it. They cleaned up all the mess that was prior. Advise me not to do a car wash and not to roll down the car window in 24 hours. They also advised me to remove the blue tape from my car windshield in two to three hours. I am very pleased with the service. I will recommend the Unlimited Auto Glass company to others and I will use their services again. Thank you.

Within a 3-day span, my wife and I cracked windshields on both of our vehicles from stray objects hitting our cars on the highway. Submitted my insurance claim and chose Unlimited Auto Glass to perform our repairs based off of their great reviews (much higher than the local Safelite office) and they did not disappoint. They were able to replace both windshields within a matter of days while completing this job in the parking lot of my job in a quick and efficient manner. New windshields are looking great & I would highly recommend them!

I had a very bad experience. The company never called when they said that they would. They also promised to show by certain times twice. No shows no call until I called. On the second day I call three different times and I was told that they would call me back because the serviceman was delayed. After waiting three hours. No show no call. I called them they then said I was not on the schedule for today. Please get names of who you speak with.

Employees were all very helpful and nice. They came all the way out to Palm Beach Gardens to replace my windshield. Overall pleasant experience. They definitely have room to improve on their customer service. There was limited communication about when they would contact me to set up and appointment date/time. I used this company b/c they popped up in my car insurance list of accepted providers. I couldn't have gotten luckier. Claim was submitted the day before Thanksgiving. I scheduled for the day after the holiday. The first glass that they got arrived broken, so they rescheduled for the following Monday. They came out that morning and had the glass installed with about 30-45 mins. Thank you for a job well done.
